I don't know who started the concept of s13.5 like this, but they both made s13.5 with the looks of s15 and 2jz. I'm already very amazed at the results they made. I would rather see the results of the modification than I have to argue about who started first :)
Yes many things was done then for example Sil80 which was custom front end swap from 180sx to s13 and the s14.5 which is s14 with custom front end (front end from s15), yes many things were done with the silvias
