How to change piston on a Yamaha YZ 450 F 003

Service on my motocross bike!
Timelapse replacing the piston on my Yamaha Yz 450F .
Tip:
Wash the bike before the operation
Keep the workbench clean
Follow the instruction manual
Use correct torque on the bolts, and the right tools
