Well, dont fall for it. 😂 This strategy was followed in Damac Lagoons. I have a friend who invested in Damac Lagoons 5 Bed for 1M above the actual launch price and now selling distress. They never finish on time like Emaar and Sobha. What they do is, they will keep some units and sell at a higher price while fooling you on exclusivity. And the relationship managers have no clue and they dont let even the owners to visit the sites until the day of handover (experienced in Lagoons). They just take agents when they have inventory to sell. Better to find a realtor who does not put you in trouble for the sake of their big commission from the developer. If you are really craving for an investment in Damac Islands which has EOI's that are canceled, buy from secondary market in another year later and use a good agency. Otherwise, you will sell what you buy on distress. 😂
