I've made the wands before by screwing screw eyes into the end of the dowel and tying the ribbon to that. Super easy and has lasted years. Always love your ideas!

We got glow necklaces in packs of 25 and 50 bracelet one from oriental trading .6.94 for the necklace and 5 for the bracelet. Will be the wands and the ring toss.

You can also spray clear spray paint / top coat top keep glitter on and it's easier to apply than modge podge.
