Thanks to your HotS vids over the last few months I’ve started getting back into the game. Your commentary is always top notch and the insight you give is super helpful; always learn new techniques and strategies. Thanks Pally for all the great content!
On the topic of quickplay in league, it used to have something like that. It was called Team Builder. The problem was twofold; nobody liked playing supports back then (because I think this was back in the days before warding trinkets, when every support had to buy a sightstone still and I don't think support items were a thing yet either), and before it put you into a game you'd see each individual person trickle in. Which meant if you didn't like someone that showed up, a lot of people would just leave before the game started, making an already slow process basically endless. It was also in direct competition with blind-pick normals, meaning the fraction of the playerbase actually using team builder was FAR smaller since it's not the 'default' like in HotS.
It also had the issue that in League, very few characters can really play multiple roles equally well. The ones that can usually aren't liked for that by other players either, so... Yet more people would dodge your lobby if you played something like Lulu Mid or Thresh Top.
Edit: If you already knew all this, my bad. Just wanted to share cuz it's strange how different the outcome is depending on small factors in different games.

Another idea would be regen globe Alextrasa maybe with a regen globe quest Stitches to make most of it? Thanks for the upload, GG, WP!
Some tips, you really need to start using you E to attack man. even if they focus you a bit you still can get enough hits to reset your cooldowns and not just stand 10s withough doing any dmg. You nova just needs to hit more to maximize your dmg, otherwise its hitting like a wet noodle.
Anticipating Valla's hungering arrow vault reset into that last mosh was just fine ;)

@@moonsama395 Over the past few months I realised blizzard has no idea how to make games, none of their design choices make sense from balancing the numbers to the core concept of gameplay and lore all of their success was a lucky shot.

Only problem I have with quick match is being stuck with a rng team for 20 mins plus, ARAM is usually done in 10-12 mins.
I'm not understanding how regen globes help his cooldowns. every time he grabs one, the number doesn't change.

That's a neat combo, but I still prefer skull build with CC ult. You get so much dmg, specially with exploding skulls. It's ridiculous.

Also, the D4 battle pass is free. There is a paid line that is (currently) planned to be cosmetic only.
I'm fine with a Battle Pass in a game that I'm already buying as long as the Pass is entirely free. Dragon Ball: The Breakers calls it their "Dragon Pass" and it is basically just free rewards for doing certain challenges which you can do entirely free. Sure, the game has other ways to try and snag extra money but what game doesn't these days?

The restrictive nature of League's whole lane meta thing is why I could never get into it. I know there's more to it than that, but it feels like half of the game is decided for me before we even begin.
How about varians banner increases spell power… or madiev at 20 has an increase to spell power

LoL used to have something like quick match. But if you dared played anything off meta, like sivir mid... well first off, your que will take a LOT longer. Don't be surprised if after all that long que, someone sees your off meta pick, and decided to dodge because they think you're going to troll their game, so back to the long ass que you go. If the game does go though, there is a very good chance you'll flamed, or even trolled or had games thrown because LoL is full of crybaby manchildren.
No wonder they removed it and implemented a more watered down version where you pick 2 roles. And are expected to play that specific role in that specific lane. Because we can't have ADCs with godly waveclear and a powerful anti poke shield just have mid perma shoved as they farm up easy money and exp. Or that one time I made a mistake, and picked Udyr for mid. Just build some MR to the point where I laughed at the enemy mage, shoved that shit (and their shit) in hard, and won the game as a random tanky jungler mid.
