it does not have two drivers, the small thing is called izyhub its used for connecting everything together and the big one is the driver...

Osram sold the bulgarian factory in 2021, since then, they're produce they drivers as the only big driver company (Philips, TCI, Tridonic) in China. And here you can see the result🤷‍♂️
I don't understand why the big Streetlight companies still use this...

How do you know it was the drivers fault? Maybe there was voltage fluctuations which overloaded the driver. Maybe instead of blaming it you will think about other possible issues first

We’ve had quite a lot of problems with Osram. We haven’t had as much trouble with Philips. Unfortunately, I don’t think LED will be good for the future at all. That’s my opinion, anyway.

Those drivers are stuffed with electronics. So much more to fail than traditional ballasts. Do you have the driver's preset with a standard LED current?
