I’ve been maining killer because I haven’t ran into that glitch, but the flashlight one has gotten me downed a lot, and once I got hit from the other side of the map by letherface’s chainsaw.

I haven’t played since before Lara came out, and I don’t think I’m going to until the gen bug and the endurance bug get fixed. There’s been a lot of bugs found, but those two in particular are unacceptable to me. One is unfair for killers since it’s literally getting multiple gens done off of one, and the other is unfair for survivors because they can get put right back on hook after getting taken off, and a new killer may not know that that’s not supposed to happen and tunnel people out at the beginning of the game. The fact that some of these issues were in the PTB is even more unacceptable, because the devs *knew* these problems existed in the game most likely, and just chose to do nothing about them.
i agree, having bugs that break the game should never be allowed, especially when they were visible on the PTB. kinda shows they saw issues but didn't care enough to fix them before releasing a half baked product yk

I had a survivor who was crouching and walking inside of a locker and the other survivor went inside this locker so there's 2 survivors inside and i couldn't open this locker as a huntress even when was only 1 survivor inside. This game is so buggy right now sometimes u get T-pose survivors on the hook or the killer in the lobby.
I've also noticed that the twins have been bugging out a lot too. Sometime when switching between Charolotte and victor, your screen will just freeze for like 30 seconds. Pretty strange.

The answer for the messed up update is really simple, Behavior has to change the variables, perks and all these type of things to get around cheaters now because of the spaghetti code, if they change these variables so that cheaters can't take advantage of it. Some of the things are going to break, so blame the cheaters. Guys, I don't know what you're talking about 2v8--its the cheaters. Behavior constantly has to change the variables so they can't just take advantage and ruin the gaming experience for everybody else
yeah ian just running meme builds rn, you can't have a game breaking bug in a your self assigned " comp game". If you implement mmr and sbmm you have to treat your game like one, with this there is no reason to grind rn, just did all tomb quest and iam out for a week.
ok this is what is happening with the gens say u kill 1 person and they do not watch the match when a gen is dune it pops 2 of them it bin tested u can pop 4 gens if u kill 3 and the last survivor pops a gen 4 will get done
Whatever's broken with the gens is way worse than just the multiple gens popping whenever a survivor leaves the lobby, I've been trying to play killer since the update, and I've had a game where there were 4 gens left on the map instead of 3 on the last gen, a game where a gen could still be kicked and repaired when the exit gates were powered, and a game where after the survivors completed their first gen the gen counter reset back to 5 again. There is something seriously wrong with this update, and it's so frustrating not knowing if my games are going badly/well based on my gameplay, or if the gens are going by faster/slower than they should be. Behaviour really just needs to shut down the servers for a bit while they untangle their spaghetti code, it's getting ridiculous
If you run more than one perk that gives you an endurance effect, only one of them works. Made for this won't give endurance after healing a teammate, OTR doesn't work at all and never activates, Styptic agents don't work unless I only have Made with This.
Not sure if it was just me. But Bardic Inspiration was glitching. The roll wouldn't show until a few seconds into playing. Also nothing happened after finishing the song.
Imma add to the wesker thing, it can make playing as wesker almost unbearable because it fucls up the animations which for some people can make predicting movement much harder because the player model looks further back than it should be
I haven't seen anyone else talk about it yet, but am pretty sure the hatch is bugged too. I'm not talking about the double hatch bug though, I've seen people talk about that. I'm talking about the bug where you can auto open it with a key and instant escape with no animation required. Had a 4k stolen from me a day or two ago because a Dwight i chased to hatch tbaged on it, started to open it, got hit (which should interrupt the open animation), and instead of interrupting the opening animation it made hatch auto open. Not only did hatch auto open, but the Dwight quickly flew upwards a bit and then vanished into thin air with no animation which counted as an escape. I haven't seen anyone else mention this bug and only the two hatch spawning bug instead. With how buggy the update is I'm honestly unsure if they were hacking, or intentionally abusing a bug. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that they were abusing a bug over hacking though.

The 2 gens popping happens when someone leaves the round entirely after dying (no spectating). Could it be the devs intentionally put this in the game to test as a "balancing" against survivors killing themselves on hooks/getting other survivors killed so that the rest can still have a better chance at getting out?
i tried playing yesterday first match it lagged pretty bad causing my survivor to get knocked down by the killer. second match everything was SLOW opening chests, working on gens, even crawling in dying state was agonizingly slow. third match the game crashed almost immediately then it said my matchmaking was banned for 17 hours even though i didn't dc & rarely ever dc, closed the game then opened it back up & the ban was gone so I'm assuming it was a visual bug. played today against a wesker & yep all survivors were flying around lol

I had a glitch as Xenomorph where after exiting the tunnel, my camera was stuck to how it was before I exit so I was stuck looking up, it fixed itself after 2-3 minutes luckily

It's not only affecting unhooking, I used a styptic agent and nothing happened. I think off the record corrects the bug for the unhooking part, weird stuff.

Blights lethal rush has gotten so inconsistent, sometimes I am at a survivor that I would've 100% hit- but instead I slide off and they run off. This gives them free pallet stuns or just extra distance- it is annoying as hell
I mean They technically did two updates that were buggy back to back, The vecna one already had a lot of them and adding the ones that came with Lara kinda made a double stab into the game

yeah that's a bug right now, basically if you have dh equipped the endurance status is disabled / not working for you. includes the basekit borrowed time from unhooking too.

I was playing against a killer yesterday and when my team finished the last gen the gates stil didn't get powered so we had to complete 6 gens in total instead of 5
I have experienced the gate animation glitch, I never experienced the non endurance from being unhooked (I believe), the gen counter going down I believe I never experienced it, but I have seen streamers where that happened to them.
I noticed Plague’s infection isn’t working like normal, and Blood flavor isn’t working on her correctly anymore.. the perk did nothing even though it triggered when infection was at 100% in chase.. and I think I saw someone go down off hook when I hit them with my power and I didn’t see them touch or do anything for even 5 seconds and I was confused 🤔
The fact that it’s one of the best year of dbd in terms of content, balance and other stuff but that it’s getting ruin for some week by bugs and other things like that is so funny and so Behaviour problem type
a bit late to the party but i encountered a bug whete if you were being chased by the assasin and jump into the locker, it will take away your action key

i noticed you only open the exit gate with your mind whenever your holding an item, and i noticed whenever i try to get a flashlight save while running it makes me aim my light at the ground and im unable to move it.. i love lara but theres alot of bugs now
The double gen popping is tied to killing a survivor. If the player leaves the post game lobby and a gen pops, two get done. So you better dont tunnel or u get punished
Another I wanna add that isn’t a bug but really horrible as mainly a killer main on certain skins yui’s new rift skin can block the killers sight like I’ve experienced on ghostface and has allowed them to wiggle out but you can use it to your advantage I don’t judge since it does make you less stealthy

Got ya: 1) Don't use DH or Off the record (both is buggy I suppose) 2) Nah I don't care about animations or cosmetics, playing since 2016 and if broken thing don't affect gameplay - don't care when it will be fixed 3) So only one problem is gens. I'm playing against them, not against generators, so I know how to make them stay in game or do something else except of gens. I'm usually a pretty casual enjoyer... this game is simply busted right now lmao I can't, and I haven't touched it since the anniversary ended. I did once to play some customs with friends... multiple gens get done with one, flashlights pointing at the ground, and more.

The fact that it’s one of the best year of dbd in terms of content, balance and other stuff but that it’s getting ruin for some week by bugs and other things like that is so funny and so Behaviour problem type

These types of videos do more harm than good.. all it does is make the player count drop... the devs already know about these bugs and are going to fix them- like they always do...

Not all bug can be known by testing it since it would take months to get most bug and it still would have some.

Also imma be honest ive only encountered like 3 bugs this patch and the only one that wasn’t ignorable was the gen thing which STILL has never helped me as survivor or ruined the game for me as killer

i noticed you only open the exit gate with your mind whenever your holding an item, and i noticed whenever i try to get a flashlight save while running it makes me aim my light at the ground and im unable to move it.. i love lara but theres alot of bugs now

I've had 2 survivors alive and 2 gens left, I was chasing one guy and somehow 2 gens were done at the same time lol
The double gen popping is tied to killing a survivor. If the player leaves the post game lobby and a gen pops, two get done.
So you better dont tunnel or u get punished
Another I wanna add that isn’t a bug but really horrible as mainly a killer main on certain skins yui’s new rift skin can block the killers sight like I’ve experienced on ghostface and has allowed them to wiggle out but you can use it to your advantage I don’t judge since it does make you less stealthy

If they delayed the mid chapter release, no one (okay most people) would be angry at them cause god damn, it's buggy as shit (also the Hotfixes probably gonna be on tuesday with the 2v8 and the next one cause that's when they update the game but i could be wrong)

1) Don't use DH or Off the record (both is buggy I suppose)
2) Nah I don't care about animations or cosmetics, playing since 2016 and if broken thing don't affect gameplay - don't care when it will be fixed
3) So only one problem is gens. Well, I'm not using any gen-defence perks for 3-4 years already and I personally don't care how fast it takes for survivors. I'm playing against them, not against generators, so I know how to make them stay in game or do something else except of gens.

I'm usually a pretty casual enjoyer... this game is simply busted right now lmao I can't, and I haven't touched it since the anniversary ended. I did once to play some customs with friends... multiple gens get done with one, flashlights pointing at the ground, and more.
I've wanted 2v8 for 2 years. I always thought it was a cool concept
