- Here's a gorgeous 2-owner VW Ghia convertable at our shop that was in for a number of detail corrections and improvements. The car was purchased as a partially-done restoration by the current owner from the original owner family. We are wrapping up work on the car and the owner should be getting it back in about a week. What a pleasure to work on. If you need help with your Ghia or other VW project, let us know, we'd be happy to discuss with you!
Before someone points it out, I made a mistake, 1st year Ghias were made was 55, not 56. 😉
I got a 1961 coup - hope to have it on the road next year. Thanks for the inspiration.
Very cool! Good luck, it will be worth it!
It’s a gorgeous car, great work. The only thing I would change is the ownership to me.
Haha, it's a beauty for sure!
What a beauty and one lucky owner. Great job!
Thank you! Yes, the owner is lucky to own such a rare and beautiful car!
I’ve never seen a low light ghia it’s beautiful !

Great video!!! You guys are the best!
Thanks David!!!
How lovely… they refer to her kind as
“The holy grail!”
I aim to correct that ASAP🙏
🙌
Will you do some work on my 62 convertible Ghia? It's in great shape, but it's leaking oil around the crankshaft pulley, pretty sure it needs a rebuild and I can see that you do great work
Thank you! Please give me a call or send an email, you can find all our contact info on our website www.VCSresto.com
Not a fan of the wide whitewalls, but that is pristine. I love the color combination.
Same here, I probably would have put black walls on it, but either way it's a real beauty!
Dream job and car
Thanks! It's pretty cool working on these cars every day! It can be frustrating too though!
😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
🙌❤️
Hi! Do you know what carpet set that is in the car? And colour?
Sorry, I'm not sure. It was installed when the car came in.
Wazzit gonna cost me to purchase?
Sorry, I don't beleive the current owner is interested in selling it
