Location, location, location. A home already existed in the perfect location for our customer, so we took advantage of what was there and added what was needed to turn this house into a home. I love upcycling especially at this scale.

That would have been passable too however this is what our client wanted. This is what makes our job so much fun. Everyone with different wants and needs, making every home unique.
