I've been looking for a fun and engaging game for a couple of kids to play and it has been surprisingly hard. Especially since English is not our first language and having to read too much information and often breaks the flow. This sounds absolutely perfect!
This game took my wife and I way longer than 4 hours lol. Loved every minute.
Sure 20 bucks is expensive for 4 hours for a game today, but I believe this kind of game doesnt strive on longevity, but on the intensity and quality of the short playthrough. Today, many of us have at LEAST 10 games with relatively good quality, and more than 10 to 20 hours of content in them... and we dont have the time, the opportunity, the will or the whatever to play them.
Then comes a game that delivers me a fun, organic experience, with a great story and soundtrack next to it, and it comes in a short punch of +- 3 hours? That sounds great, honestly! I'll look out for it
it only a little bucks today
I don't agree with how easy you make it sound. The last level of the laser puzzle and a few others had me stumped for a bit.
Looks cute and fun! Great animation and characters
Now that you mention it I never did beat Pajama Sam or Putt Putt. Man I was NOT an epic gamer back then.
There were only a few puzzles where I honestly didn’t know what to do(not to solve it but what was the end goal/instructions) . Other than that I really enjoyed the game.
Really like how this looks. Might check it out.
finally a positive review.
i was beginning to think that this series is about reviewing bad games
Are the mini games replayable? (After you beat the game)
No one answered...
Sorry dude. I'd answer but idk. I giggled at this though.
It looks like Over the Garden Wall to me.
Great review!
The game is incredible, I play it with my wife and kids.
thanks for the review
It wasn't mentioned in your review if the minigames are unlocked and playable after you beat the game? Or not?
Seems neat, but 20 bucks for a 2-4 hour game is pretty steep.
for art this good????
uuuuuuh
Great thing about this game is it will still look amazing in a year and be 50% off. So I'm happy to wait for it.
I can imagine it taking longer for kids, for whom this could be the equivalent of Putt Putt or similar older children's point and click games :)
Fair point! Still worth grabbing at whatever price point your comfortable with!
You'd pay the same for a movie you can't interact with
Can’t wait to play this with my nephew!
How do you play this game on an iPad? I don’t play video games and I downloaded it and am having trouble navigating it. Like what buttons do I press?
Hi, I'm 5 months late but just press on your screen
I loved this game! Looking for something similar to continue the genre - any recommendations?
Me as well
Brilliant game so well made graphics are the best , puzzles get more complex as you go thru the game , snapbreak games are very good
Beautiful, charming game, perfect escapist gem. I found the puzzles challenging, but perhaps just me.
Same
This game looks fun and cute.
Makes me think of Gravity Falls
Great game, go get it
glad I saw this cause otherwise I would have missed this gem of a game
Really like it
Anyone know what platforms this is on?
Switch and PC via steam and GOG
@@WillCBlogs thanks
