  • When a Marriage fails, everyone always wants to blame the concept of Marriage itself, Traditional Family Values, Conversates, Liberalism, Feminism, Men, Women, the Laws, anything...and everything BUT a lack of Virtue, Character, and a Lack of compassion.

She wanted him, pre-baby, because he was in her words "the best person she'd ever known" and "ambitious". She confirmed this on many times. If he wasn't ambitious she'd have not been all that into him, regardless of baby existing or not existing. To be clear he didn't "care more about his career", by her own admission and her own assessment, the pressures of him moving to canada (and having trouble getting immigrated for some reason) and taking a lower job (with lower pay that likely barely would support them) and her not having any job but taking care of baby pushed him into taking a job back in austrailia. He told her to come with him to austrailia, and iirc she did briefly, but that was leaving her in a terrible position that was killing her. She went home to visit fam after two fam deaths, he said don't go. She went after he reluctantly relented. He then declared he was divorcing her because she went back to canada. She begged him to take her back several times. Thems the facts. Check the Unheard interview.

I wouldn't claim the man lacked virtue. The main problem was that their "love" or "passion" clouded their judgement and they underestimated the weight the rest of the life outside of marriage actually had. Since you are an anime fan maybe you've watched Death Parade, if not it is worth the watch. A point they make in that anime is that sometimes that "evil" is not shown in dire situations, but created. Probably he was a good man before marrying and became resentful through his circumstances. It was foolish of him to think otherwise, though. But the point I'm trying to get to is that it is a sin of hubris to think that if we were virtuous enough we wouldn't bend no matter what. Truth is, we depend a great deal to our environment and if we were virtuous indeed we would take care of it rather than think we can do whatever and remain unchanging

I don’t know why people even attempt to start relationships with so many barriers. Lives halfway around the world, and is a government agent. The first is bad enough. Whose country do you choose to live in? How will that affect them long-term? Does that party not have/want to see their family much? If you end up having kids, how is it fair to them to barely see that side of their family?
It’s different if you already lived in the same country and happen to have “family back home” (although still a hurdle). It’s different to still be living there and move completely. Living in another state/province can be difficult enough. I’m sure it’s hard for an e-celeb because you don’t want to date a “fan” because of the power dynamics. But it’s not even reasonable like within your own country or another one close like the US. Australia is like a 15 hour flight or something nuts. Moving, giving up your career, alienating yourself from your family/friends, living in a new country with a culture/environment you’re not used to is going to have a cascading effect.

I've noticed in you a real eagerness to throw other men under the bus in order to highlight what a good partner you'd be. It seems you only defend men in order to defend yourself, and no further.
We only have her side of the story. Anyone who understands hypergamy knew Lauren was going to have a really tough time finding a happy marriage. Marrying some sort of high-level spook or fed makes sense in that it probably carried a lot of power, status and money, but only while he had that job. Moving to Canada and taking a much lower-paid, lower-status job is something anyone red-pilled could've told him was extremely likely to end in divorce.
Likewise anyone could've told him that for her to stay in Canada while he moved back to Australia was very likely to end in divorce too. Attractive women don't stay alone long. Not to mention he would be missing out on unmissable years with his new son. We don't know what the circumstances of his decision to return to Australia were. He may well have been the deceptive narcissist she's painting him to be -- such men are overwhelmingly concerned with money and status, which most women are also overwhelmingly concerned with. But maybe not.
I know one of Lauren's recent-ish videos was about the huge cost of living in Canada, and how 100k a year was barely a liveable wage for a young guy. Maybe this guy saw the writing on the wall -- that if he couldn't find a better job she was going to eventually divorce him? Maybe the job he was taking in Australia was a short-term one leveraging his previous position to gain more marketable skills in Canada? Or maybe Lauren had friendships he wasn't comfortable with?
Who knows? I don't. Neither do you. What I do know is that women are almost always keen to smear the guy they're leaving so they're not the ones considered the bad guy. We see it time and again. It's so common as to be trite in the manosphere, and yet you're willing to accept it on face value because it gives you the opportunity to jump on your 'women don't appreciate nice guys (like me) they go for thugs' hobby-horse.

But completely ignore the fact that they chose the wrong person to be with. It pains me to see people trying to make a relationship work when they're not being honest with themselves; suppressing goals to make the other person happy. Then, a lot to become resentment and explode like a tactical nuke. It's mind boggling that so mean people blame marriage but don't take accountability for their bad decisions! Don't get me wrong what Lauren has experience is rough. But, what was her part to play to make her husband be distant to her? It's easier to trash on someone without knowing the full story. That is something worth investigating. Honestly she is at fault as much as her ex-husband. Just because she is attractive doesn't mean a damn thing. I've seen people cheat on beautiful people all the time. At the end of the day those folks are secretly pursuing something that they actually desire and forcing themselves to be in relationships that they do not really desire. I would assume it's because of some childhood / emotional trauma that's not being addressed. Something to think about...

It's hard to see through the act played during the seduction and early stages of a relationship. People can seem reliable for a long while, maintain a facade because they understood what you expect so they will mimic that until after years of life together, it was just that: an act they played because they wanted you to fall for them?

Given you said you were Christian
29:40 onward a bit Made me think of Luke 22:24-30
The king of the universe, the alpha and omega came to us as one that served. One that was humble and not seeking to demean or look down upon people in society. Yet he himself would have had every right to. Though he attracted great crowds, he didn't even seek fame. Often actively avoiding it.
You describe people quite opposite. People wanting the status, wealth, fame- materialism. Fallen people seeking these things, yet the creator himself didn't when taking human form.
The alpha and omega instead instructing us to be humble. Imagine society pushing values such as these instead of more Social Darwinism. That likely would solve a lot of these issues.

In my opinion Lauren only pretends to be trying to be fair to her ex because she is probably by far in the wrong and has something to hide.
If you take how she talked about the ENTIRE MANOSPHERE saying it was toxic through and through, she clearly has no issues with making things political.
If Lauren pretends to be coming at thing in an even handed way it is probably because she cheated and cucked the guy and did everything wrong in the book.
But even if that is an incorrect guess, what she does here is say "I wasn't fair to men, I threw them all under the bus. I said the entire manosphere was toxic. BUT I want you to put that aside now and be fair to me; hear me out."
    No thanks Lauren.

The fact she still didn’t understand at the time of making this video that a security clearance only describes a model of security. Everyone with a top-secret level security clearance does not have access to all top-secret classified information. I might have top-secret clearance with a government contracted company who makes shelving for the storage closets and some of that information might be how long the shelf is and the length and diameter of screws used. I could then claim with 100% integrity that I have a top-secret level clearance. I could then appear even more mysterious by saying that I’m not allowed to discuss confidential information. When Lauren and Stefan did their tour of Australia and New Zealand, they greatly enraged the powers that be. All that happened was a type of CIA agent was given as much intelligence on her as possible. His mission was to get her knocked up and then they banned her from the country. If he really had that much influence and wanted her and the child to be able to see the family, he would’ve pulled some strings and made it happen. In reality, his mission was complete, and he and the country have no use for her anymore. Even after her demonstrating very little regard for her own security when she decided to share hotel rooms with Antifa members, she still doesn’t seem to understand the definition of psychological operation. It’s really quite sad.

Many military jobs allow individuals to acquire skills that will transfer to a very nice position in the private sector.
If someone has intelligence position in the government, those skills are certainly transferable. Even Talking Heads on TV have those positions due to the fact they claim to have had some sort of, sensitive, secret, or top-secret clearance at some point in the past. The reason these clearances are apparently seldomly revoked is because that information is eventually no longer relevant to current operations.
    Which one is more likely:
A man with a prestigious career and skill set happens to have the one job in his field, which doesn’t carry with it transferable skills.
    Or
He was given a set time to be out of the country until he was due to report back for duty, at which time he returned, she unexpectedly went with him and that’s why the state needed to remove her or prevent her from re-entering the country.

This is a classic case of why men should not let go of their dreams for a woman- why ANYONE shouldn't, eventually it builds resentment. I dodged this vid for a while but if you think about why he was doing what he was doing instead of demonizing him it makes total sense. He was in a honeymoon phase in love, made the wrong decision, had to rely on his wife to provide for the family (Do you know how emasculating that feels?Well respected man having to be supported by his wife?),when their child is born he figures he has to become the provider so he bluffed and used an ultimatum, then he knowing what she's going through because he just went through it with moving to canada not knowing anyone, he probably thinks she resents him for making her give up on her dreams and the only way to cope is to project that resentment, just as a guy who is cheating on his gf will think she's cheating on him. I'm not saying it's the right thing to do, but it's more textbook than anything. The significant other should always be second in life, because if they are gone what will you have?Who will you be without them? You never throwaway dreams for other people because while it's romantic it will always transform into resentment when the chemicals are gone.

It's easy for us to see it all in retrospect now. She does now too, surely w/ bitter regret. I'm pretty sure her thinking at the time was wanting to avoid the pitfall of marrying one of her fans, that had no idea who she really was, but liked the idea of her. So she marries someone instead who doesn't care about her activism, or online Lauren Southern. He was unfortunately so much the opposite of caring about online Lauren that he ended up pretty much hating her for it, as it threatened his #1 priority in life, his career.

  • @Sonicstillpoint83

Regarding the Lauren and her ability to create thirst:
Remember that first book she wrote had a section where she talked about enjoying the power she had while doing cosplay and making men burn inside. It is unfortunate that the beauty and the beast fairytale is not sold to women as a fictional story. They grow up believing that they have such incredible sexual power that they can tame even the most ferocious of beasts and so they try. I’m sure she initially relish at the thought of being able to turn a ferocious federal agent into a sniffling lapdog. Older women are simply women who have gone through. This should be the first ones warning, their younger sisters in order to protect them and spare them such devastating loss.

Like Lauren said in the marriage reveal video a number of times, she wishes she could have known what her younger self didn't know. I never read the book you mentioned, which presumably she wrote when she was in her teens. So I think she was likely past that type of thinking when she married. She took too much of a gamble on the man she married though. I guess in wanting someone who wasn't marrying her as the fan fantasy girl, she went so much the opposite to someone who realy didn't want her for any of her public work, but wished she was just an anonymous person. Which she can never be again.

Lauren Southern is a social scorpion so any social contract she gets into with any frog is going to end the same. Also my favorite piece of trash chad philosophy I found hilarious with how true it is - "never lie to a woman, if she really likes you she will lie to herself for you."
Also the previous societies before the ones that we are since the 70's is the reason why a bunch of marriages stayed together during those times that they would rather let it go 1. you had to have a reason to divorce not "i am not happy right now" and 2. the person who broke their vows was ostracized by those societies

I’ve spoken to many men about this and they always regret having done what the woman wanted them to do because that’s not who they are and the relationship suffers. Case in point Lauren Southern. Men stop entertaining and then marrying women who want you to change for them. Modern women because they’re not held accountable especially by the people on the right who are all about accountably never hold women accountable these women will love you as long as you become the man they want you to be. They don’t love you for who you are they love you for who they want you to be. The sad truth is you become the simp she tells you to be she’ll cheat on you with a man completely opposite of you.
