Understanding Macro Lenses

When shooting with macro lenses what characteristics should you be on the lookout for? How will a lens' focal length and aperture variance affect the way you shoot? Why do so many people say "scandisk" when they mean "Sandisk"? These questions and more answered.

Very nice video, thank you for the good content :) When it comes to outdoor macro I always preferred to be closer to my subjects. I like photographing bees and I usually don't have problems getting close to them, the bumble bees are a bit more of a challenge. But my favorite subjects are spiders and only when I'm close they look into the lens directly and make that cute semi surprised face :)

Why there are not many 200 mm macro lenses on the market? Ever nikon 200 mm is not selling anymore?
