OMG! ABSOLUTELY ABSOLUTELY ❤️❤️❤️ this scent! I wore it last night to work with my big silver and diamond earrings(fake lol). I wear a uniform though. I went and bought it, buy 2 get 1 free and a few mini perfumes. Perfect timing for the $4.95 sale to get the rest! Yes, I saw all the comparisons and I was yelling at my TV at you…”tell me about it Mary” and more! Lol! For instance, I would love to tour the facility where it’s made, go through the company store (if there was one) , see how they come up with new ideas and how they decide which fragrances to sell.

I love the scent! I like the body butter gold glitter. I can’t do silver on my skin tone but the gold is fun! I want the perfume.

Platinum reminds me of something…. like a perfume that was popular in the early 2000s when I worked in the cosmetics department at Macy’s. I can’t for the life of me say what it was and it may have just been a combination of all the different perfumes in the air but it definitely smells familiar. I like it, but not enough to make me regret my no-buy.

Got to smell it today…It’s kind of addictive but at the same time the musk in it may be too heavy for me. I’m not sure yet 🤨 i’ll have to think about it before buying but it’s intriguing!! The second I sprayed it on my skin I immediately thought it smelled so so close to pink obsessed which I LOVE! I like pink obsessed more though because it’s sweeter..

Hi Mary! I hear there will be an upcoming FFM sale late next week. There is a 5 for $35 select body care sale here today in Canada including Platinum, but I'm holding off for the sale. I have yet to smell Platinum. I think I'm going to fall in love with this one as I love all other fragrances you mentioned. No disrespect to other reviewers out there and I watch other people's channels for different reasons. However, I must say that I trust your reviews the most as I feel like we have similar tastes when it comes to fragrances generally. My husband loves your reviews as well. Thank you for the review and I can't wait to pick up Platinum next week.

I’ve been sniffing this scent amongst others all day and to me it reminds me of a mixture of Little Black Party Dress n Dream Bright mixed together with a splash of Pure Wonder. I wish they’d bring little black party dress back 😢😢

I think it is predominantly little black party dress with just the smallest bit of pure wonder. I have been wearing little black party dress for several weeks prior to obtaining Platinum mini perfume spray. I don't have the fine fragrance mist yet on Platinum. The color of the juice is the same as LBPD as well as the packaging colors are in the same family as LBPD.

Oh and you know what I paired her with yesterday, but only a li’l bit because I ❤️Platinum’s DNA and I don't want to mix her up too much at least not yet? It was “Bare Magnolia” by Victoria Secret. They are actually quite similar. It's Orange flower, Magnolia, and Vanilla Musk. It gave a bit of citrus, floral and a little spiciness, and a musky vanilla to go with that patchouli musk… chefs 😚! Check her out… She is gorgeous! Its more spring/summer, but layered she can be any season….AKA Fragrance Fancier. :)

Platinum is a combo of Chasing Fireflies + Pure Wonder. But the B&BW associate says Platinum has 12 notes, 1 being Lily of Valley which is in Brightest Bloom and now I can't unsmell it in Platinum LOL

I was surprised that I actually liked this one. I was anticipating it to be overly "mature " smelling but it's not at all. To me it reminds me of Guess Seductive and Seductive Noir maybe it's that powdery-ness that they have. I know they'll pair really well with platinum.

I bought the mist today in exchange with sweet cinnamon pumpkin ffm that I bought online but didn't like it in person. Platinum is still on my test list, I am not sure if I like it or not. It very similar to so many scents that I already have, so what is the point of picking up another same scent. However I did pick hand cream, moisturizing body wash and body butter today on sale. I left the body cream bcz they go bad so fast.
I hate that the body creams tend to do that.

It gives me sisterly vibes of life of the party and dream bright. I didn’t get chasing butterflies/dressed in white but I can see how others might. Pink berry clouds is too far of a stretch to me.

I asked someone’s opinion of this scent on me and the person said, it smells like an old woman wearing bad perfume who hasn’t bathed in a while and smells musky. 😬 So the fact that you mention it has a dirty quality does resonate with me. When I further questioned this person later, he said it gives off a nursing home vibe. In any event I will not be wearing Platinum.

I think this is a repackage of Little Black Party Dress. I still wear LBPD and have worn it a ton in September. When I purchased the Platinum mini perfume spray I loved it but then it dawned on me that I had smelled this before. I did a side by side comparison of Little Black Party Dress FFM with the mini perfume spray of Platinum and I was amazed that they were 99.9% identical to my nose. I do detect an ever so small fragrance tweek. Other factors to consider is the coloring of the juice which is a silverish color for both. The packaging also features a similar color family of silver and black. Another point to mention is that the longevity of Platinim is on par with the excellent longevity of Little Black Part Dress which in my opinion is perhaps BBWs strongest ever. And as we all know, longevity for BBW fragrances in general has been very short in the past few years. I have read numerous comments that Platinum seems to be a New Year's scent and Party Dress was Usually featured right after Christmas. Both scents have a strong but lovely patchouli scent. Both are grown woman scents.
I just wanted to give my opinion on this lovely scent. If anyone else currently has Little Black Party Dress in your collection, I encourage you to compare the two.
