    Cars may drive by with the boomin' systems in America but walking through the streets and neighborhood of Nairobi is a far better experience in our opinion. The essence of the people, the culture and day to day in Nairobi is a wonderful thing. Let us share it with you as we take on a stroll through the 'hood...neighborhood that is.

    You are so right. In Kenya I feel alive. I was there for a few months, unfortunately didn't get the opportunity to meet you guys, hopefully my next visit will meet. While visiting everyday I enjoyed my morning and evening walks. It's a beautiful place.

    Greetings Residential Tourists, “The Muhammad’s”. Great conversation! There is nothing like getting lots of exercise in one of the many countries in our native African, AKA Alkebulan home land. You both and very few with your mindset are indeed pioneers in our efforts to return to our roots after hundreds of years in insidious chattel slavery, jim chow semi slavery, and today’s wage and debt slavery. Keep up the amazing work and I look forward to your next episode.

      Don't use your phone on the side walk and don't carry your laptop/ tablet in public and don't go alone on empty streets. Just a little bit of precaution and to avoid attacks buy goons

    It depends on where you live eg you'd enjoy walking if you lived in the wealthier areas like Runda, Muthaiga, Karen, Peponi, Ridgeways etc because they are controlled areas where public transport is restricted.

    American cities are built just for cars. The zoning laws are so rediculous that the suburbs are too far away from working areas for you to walk. They have no sidewalks in on American roads either.

    • @TheResidentialTourists
      @TheResidentialTourists  Місяць тому

      You know, you are right. Actually, when I (Bro. Muhammad) first moved to Atlanta about 34 years ago, the no sidewalk was a thing there too.

    Peace. Yeah, they say it is not safe many places. If you are not the type to be aware, then nice long walks are not for you. Walk around in casual wear. I remember being told not to hold your phone out the window to take pictures. I was by myself for hours in Nairobi near the market. I go to speak to locals, travelers from Tanzania, South Africa, and etc. I learned bout the politics there. I enjoyed it.
