It occurs to me that Gohan going Super Saiyan early, and Vegeta spending more time on Earth would probably give Dr. Gero a lot more data to work with than he had in the original timeline.
It probably won’t change that much. Trunks will just be 2-3 years older. Gohan being a Super Saiyan before the androids show up won’t keep Goku from dying, and even when he was a Super Saiyan, Gohan could barely handle 17 & 18. ...but if there was a difference, it could be possible for Trunks to become a Super Saiyan sooner. Since he can spend a couple of years with his dad still alive, Trunks could actually picture Vegeta dying, triggering the transformation. The only reason for Trunks to go to the past at this point would be because, even if they team up, they can’t beat the androids.

To keep this exciting, what probably happens at the end is that Gohan and Trunks end up dying and we see a future Goten in the present that is stronger than canon Future Trunks. Everything else is basically the same but we have shenanigans with people confusing him for Goku and Vegeta doesn't develop as much

It’s implied that, since the full Earth is much bigger than the full moon, it created more blutz waves for Goku to absorb. More blutz waves = Golden Ozaru. It also explains why Vegeta, despite being able to, never used a power ball after his first transformation into SSJ4. The power ball can’t generate enough blutz waves to trigger a golden ozaru transformation, which is why Vegeta needed Bulma’s blutz wave cannon for every time he needed to transform.

Because Goku has a tail, he is naturally able the transform. Vegeta didn’t have a tail, so likely needed to be pumped full of Blutz waves. Also, at that point, it had been decades since he created a power ball.
Nicodemus Edwards you’d think Vegeta’s SSJ4 form wouldn’t have a tail, since he doesn’t have one in his base form. Either that, or Vegeta should’ve been able to keep it after the first transformation. Regardless, having Gohan transform into a golden Ozaru would be... weird.

I think Goku would be less impatient than before Cell, at that time he was a Super Saiyan and was "Come on! You should be a Super Saiyan by now!" but in this he really doesn't have the right to complain as he doesn't know how to transform himself.
I think he would reach it, remembering the pain of losing Picollo but with the rage, amped by the super Saiyan form, Goku might become a target for his son,... for a while

Well to be fair that is almost canon... I mean sure he popped out a few kids but you can't really say Goku and Chichi had that great of a relationship. He was almost never around for his family or wife. So this kind of what if basically boils down to "What if there was no gohan". Which would be bad, or not. I mean for most of Z he was being set up to take over from Goku but in the end Goku didn't need him. So I guess the question becomes could Goku just Zenkai boost his way through all those battles Gohan helped in or not. Most of them like the Saiyan Saga could be solved by him not being as late to the fight.
It would be perfect, if after Gohans first transformation, his second would be on namik, and not in the spaceship. But I would prefer it to be close, like SSJ2 in the time chamber.

I have not gone through every what if you've done, it would take forever. You know how Gohan taught Videl a little about ki control? What if Roshi/Goku taught Chichi that as a kid so she learned to fly and stuff too? Have you covered that?

Goku then tells Gohan If he cant transform, then they won't bring him back. (Goku brings out that stern attitude that we see him use when he is serious.) This is enough to help push gohan over the edge, and have him turn Super, but in result, a furious Gohan that charges at his father. What will happen?

Just like afterlife zenkai, it doesn't make sense for an immortal Saiyan to get a zenkai because the stated criteria is a "near-fatal" wound.
