- Wanna try this light and elegant dessert? It is made with crisp meringue topped with whipped cream and fresh fruits. Try this at home and comment your thoughts! ❤️
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
6 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 cup sliced almonds
Set B:
3/4 cup Peotraco Confectioners’ Powdered Sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
ORANGE CURD
Set A:
1 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 teaspoon lemon zest
6 egg yolks
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Pavlova is originally from New Zealand where i am now…..pavlova should be crisp outside and soft inside….adding cornstarch to it will make the pavlova hard inside just like the meringue…..the only ingredients we use are egg whites, cream of tartar and sugar…..what i can see here is a meringue with fruits, cream and custard

Also, it should be white and not brownish. That means yours are overcooked.

Thank you alam ko na kung anong gagawin mo sa egg white hahah kasi usually puro eggyolk lang ginagamit na ingredient. Nasasayan naman ako pag gagawa ako tas itatapon ko lang egg white
