This Board Replacement is for Bluetooth Models (2018 & Newer).
Although, the Replacement for a Non-Bluetooth Model (2014 - 2017) is very similar to this Replacement.

this is some professional level tutorial and video capturing/editing
One was not working ,then I realize that the downward relat had a short ,now the will not connect with remote and only one with with the foot pedal
Followed the video everything works except pairing the new control board, cant get it to pair with the bow Helix, console solix or the remote, seems a few people having issues with pairing, any advice from the author?? I did delete the old bluetooth pairings no help
if the motor shaft dont want slide out from the drum . is there any other way or tips
to remove shaft?
Had the same problem, turned out the shaft had a lip and wouldn't slide out through the bronze bushing. I used a file to eliminate the lip on the shaft and was able to slide the motor out like the video shows

What would cause the motor brake to stay engaged thus causing loud growling noise when in operation?
What did you use for a power supply to bench test the extension?
Can this be done while it's still mounted on the boat or does it have to be off?
I replaced mine control board on my minn kota talon 12 ft and it will go all the way to 12 ft. In the app it comes up as an 8ft model and it will not pair with my other 12 ft. Any ideas?
I replaced my control panel also on a 10 foot talon. When I followed the instructions connected the green wire and within less than one second pushed and released the down button then removed the green wire my talon extended fully and stopped. I pushed the retract button and it retracted. It extends fully and all five lights light. It pairs with the other 10 foot talon, however when I connect to the talons with the phon app it thinks the one with the replacement board is a eight foot talon. What is wrong?
