I found a SO COOL secret it's the cooking disk PU and it's in 7-4 there's a pipe behind a pillar and in there is an annoying flying skull thingymabob kill it and a chest appears and there it is in the chest

It's like he obtained Dashell way too early using only skills and smart item usage and not through hacking or such.
Because that's what actually happened and it is entirely possible to do it as soon as you get Peach.

Apparently, Laddie Was Supposed To Be In The Game So You Could Turn 3D, But I Think The Devs Scratched That Because There Are Many Parts In The Game Where You Have To Turn 3D And Then Use A Pixl, And It Would've Been Annoying To Constantly Switch Pixls
