Hey drew, I’m 11 inter and I do 100-125 push ups and 15 to 20 sprints daily. I have 6 wins in inter and I am just asking do you think I should add anything to my schedule?
Quick tip if you are trying to gain muscle increase how many reps you do of each exercise and you’ll gain muscle in 12 expert btw
Add some core in there and it’ll look pretty good! Something like sit-ups, crunches, or planks are perfect!
