ASAP 춤선이 뛰어나다고 생각했는데..
역시 안무 이해도가 뛰어난 느낌이네요.
스테이씨 리더 진짜 잘 뽑았네.. 확실히 수민이가 외유내강 스타일이라 딱 그룹 분위기 잘 잡아주고 리더쉽있게 연습도 이끌어나가는 느낌이 안정적이고 좋음

Sumin is showing us how important of a job the leader is. They won’t accept mistakes because they know that even if the general viewers won’t see it, some critic out there will and that critic won’t hold back with trying to bash them. It’s the leaders way of protecting the groups image. They aren’t being harsh, they are being protective. They want the group to succeed no matter what even if they have to practice night and day to make sure mistakes don’t or rarely happen.
YES! Veteran Kpop fans understand that having a good leader is critical to a group's success and longevity, even though most of the contributions will be behind the scenes. Having a harmonious relationship with members who are all willing to set aside egos for the group's benefit is another critical factor, especially for these young idols who are actually still in the process of growing up. A good example would be Sieun, who despite being the same korean age as Sumin and is already a veteran in the industry, still lets Sumin to assert herself here as their anointed top dog (or at least, based what they show us on the videos). Sumin has also been an idol trainee longer anyway, but that's besides the point. We as fans can only hope that things would go as well for them as we would like, but I also have faith in their company who meticulously assembled this special team of girls to do well in such a competitive industry.

Am I the only one whos legitimately impressed that Yoon knows her position even when the other members aren't there? Choreography of any kind has to be one of the most challenging parts of being an idol, I would imagine. I think people forget just how much idols probably need to practice their performance, and I can appreciate HighUp for including so much behind the scenes content for StayC because you get to see a bit more of just how much practice goes into what they do.

No lipsync for this group and I’m so proud. It’s really hard to sing that nicely when you’re dancing 💗
They don't sing live in every show though. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. It is very hard which is why most don't do it at all.
@@amonrei i dont think they ever do a full lipsync though. Instead it’s a mix of backing vocals and their own voices. Unless they’re just doing a dance cover of course
@@amonrei honestly almost all their stages are 100% live it’s maybe like 4 at most that might have a back track mixed jn
@@theeepidural6144 Nah, most music shows will have at least 25% backing vocals. It’s really rare even for great vocalists to perform 100% live while also performing hard choreo. There’s nothing wrong with lip syncing or having backing vocals.
@@amonrei I can tell they only lipsynced about 4 stages of 14 stages. So was it enough to approve their vocal skill?
wow stayc's practice culture is so admirable. they're all younger than me but they're so much more disciplined and so professional. i love that in just 2 episodes of practice vlog they were able to show us all the important parts of their practice culture and i admire that soooo much. it's hard not to stan these girls they really love and respect each other and they obviously know what they're doing. looking forward to grow with stayc as a swith!

Right, and yes, what I love about the rest of the members is that they take the observations & advice really well. They really trust & understand Sumin.
Sumin is the clear leader but the group is being run democratically. Everyone's free to speak and give opinions and they discusses it as a whole group. It's also great that the company is giving them some freedom to participate in their productions and are not just some mindless puppets. I hope BEP will someday train some members in music creation and let them release some self-made songs.
