This seems quite complicated for the aftermath of 'i just pick heavy stuff up' lol. Jokes aside, happy birthday, this video is pretty helpful, good timing too, I just finished my last workout for the week, now for 2 days of recovery. I find a bike ride is good for my mental well-being as well as blood flow, nothing too hard, just a gentle countryside cycle. It helps me relax.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on strength training as a first responder. Whereby we generally sacrifice a lot of sleep (or have far lower sleep quality) & constantly go from high stimulus to high stimulus riding the waves of adrenaline stress. With this particular role two of three controllable aspects of recovery appear highly compromised just based on the nature of the job.
As always, really enjoy the educational discussion. Keep up the great brother.

This is awesome! Loving your being the professor for so many. Also, please keep your font size like the title on the board and lines with dots or hashes are best to delineate differences as there are many colorblind people out there.

Ya know. Ill admit i wasnt happy you won wsm. Why? I had never heard of you and had other competitors i was rooting for. However, getting to know your story has been incredible and seeing all this great educatational content is also fantastic.

what's your take on the "muscle recovery" side? Do you actively try not to overdo on muscle estimulating year round (even far from a competition)? In other words: Too much "bodybuilding" work would you say interferes negatively when the goal is to keep working on strenght - even if it's off season?
