At minimum use construction adhesive. Also, using electrical tape to terminate connections? Again, at least use "twist/wire nuts" which is better than mere electrical tape-and especially in such hot climate where adhesive failure is emanate. Btw, tools can be borrowed-and today power is both "portable and solar" e.g., EcoFlow, Bluetti, etc.

También me hizo dudar que vaya a vivir ahí, solo porque generalmente renuevan todas la vigas del techo y de los pisos, además de poner el aislante de temperatura, y no revistio el techo 😭(esa es mi parte favorita de estos videos)

Такая сырость,от воды,а вы не утепляете кровлю из нутри .Нужно тогда утеплить ,хотя бы потолки.Стены утеплить минплитой под гисокартон.ОБЯЗАТЕЛНО холод будет собачий зимой.Стены очень тонкие из доски.Чем вы навес строите,лучше бы стены дома сделали из кирпича.Хотя бы толщиной в кирпич.Они бы были теплее и долговечнее.Сломали зачем то маленькое кирпичное помещение ,а она могла бы послужить летним душем или туалетом.Вы не рационально подходите к ремонту.Хотя вы большой труженик. Водоем рядом.Очень красиво.

To be honest, I don't like wooden houses and Chinese olden roofing tiles makes the house looks spooky. Small windows makes the house dark. I wouldn't visit that kind of houses at night even how beautiful the sceneries 😂😂😂. Some Chinese even stick newspapers on their walls 😮. I always prefer white painted houses with big windows as they make my life bright, happy and rejuvenate me with energy. No offence, it is just me😊.
