I have always learned by doing; however, some of the skills shown probably come with a person with some type of background in building. I love how the bathroom setup with the toilets, shower, and sinks seems to be engineered for do-it-yourselfers. Looks so much simpler than what we have in the States. I have grabbed a few ideas to do on my own. Thanks for the video.

Why didn’t he put a wax seal underneath the toilet like in America?My dad’s a plumber/contractor/parents/multiple business owners.My & I made cement blocks for the garden too.Im thankful I got to learn this stuff & more(old ways & new ways).Just with I could have the energy & invincible(healthy) body like a teen again .😊

LOVE the folding windows! And that the glass is one way glass, so you cant see in from the outside! Saving on curtains! Just wondering if its still one way at night when the interior is lit up?
His grandma knew he would do her proud. He was give this house and put all the sweat equity in it to make it a home. He will make some young lady a fine husband. Fantastic! Only thing I didn't like, was the removing of all the trees and greenery and covering the ground with gravel, cloth & cement. I know it's great for maintenance but I prefer nature.
Why do their cement walls crumble with little effort. I notice their masons do not put cement on all sides of brick. Also could it be their cement mixture?
