  • Dawn Morse of Core Elements demonstrate the Slump Special Test / Slump neural tension test.
    This test is a neurodynamic test which is useful for assessing irritability and sensitivity of the nervous system, and can help to assess neural tension or radicular pain which may be caused by root nerve irritation.
    This irritation could be caused by mechanical factors such as disc herniation or chemical factors such as inflammation from injury for example.
    This short video is designed for Core Elements Training, Level 4 Sports and Remedial Massage and Level 5 Sports and Clinical Therapy course members, as a revision tool for musculoskeletal examination and assessment.
