I wouldn't say he's bad, he's definitely very strong but you'd usually get him pretty late into the game when the STM is definitely a more immediate problem.
I would say that level 2 strat is throwing even more, because by not going for civilians you are letting survivors get more resources, and having less Area of Destruction used there is a faster STM. A good survivor team will counter the level 2 strat anyway, so what's the point? Not to mention that by not finishing a survivor they cam crawl into safety to be revived or use a senzu bean.
As a newbie recently trying out this game and finding myself enjoying Zamasu/Goku Black, I entirely avoid this kinda playstyle. Feels a lot more satisfying going on Zero Mortal Plan speedruns than camping bodies like this
He was trying to lead Zamasu into the cave, and raiders going into caves usually don't end well for them, especially when a survivor has Final Explosion. This Zamasu was patient and stayed at the entrance, shooting the survivor from a safe distance, forcing the survivor to come to him. Zamasu played this interaction really well, If the survivor didn't have Immortal Champion Zamasu would've downed him
holy shit i HATE this goku. You've had campers in your videos before, but this one... this one was HORRID. Can't even defend himself saying "It's the smartest way to play", he wasted so much time camping that every survivor got so much time to gather supplies and shit. He would've been better off actually playing the video game rather than sitting in one spot spamming his ki sense.
It's wild they made a raider that doesn't have a level 3 or 4. Very strange balancing decision

This is the reason I stopped feeling bad for raiders a long time ago, because they will this kind of things even against solo queuers and low levels.
