I actually face an aggro version of pirate warrior that runs brawl, i was shocked, every card in his deck was 1-2 mana, and then he's slamming brawl on turn 6. Didn't help him tho MONSTERS BEHIND YOU LAD

Inner fire was my anti-quest hunter trick last expansion. Usually have the combo when they drop Tavish and then kill them with him. Didn’t lose once.

The difference between a player like Dane and myself, with the same deck, is that he can just blast through cards and card draw and place them where needed in the blink of an eye - meanwhile my slow ass is reading each card which pops into hand and then thinking about where to put it lol (rope sizzle and panic)

does this deck not work if you just dont play a low attack minion vs it? Also a single taunt with more than 2 hp beats it?
You can simply run cycling silence card vs taunts as well as dual warlock&priest card, that sets all minions' attack to 1.
But, IMO, the meta is too reliant on small creatures and this card is not really needed in the main deck

Imagine going back to the early days of hearthstone and telling them that in a Hunter vs Priest match the Priest was the aggro deck and was going to T5 lethal with 40 damage.
