Good, concentrated body-forms held speedy, smooth & flowing...she's keeping her mind on the right moves, never forgetting form, as so many clumsy people do. Good Job!.....
You are amazing. I am 35, had a c section 4 months ago, and just started taking single point trap at a local dance company. It is so fun. I was looking up videos and your performance here inspires me so much. You have the skills but also the artistry. which so many people lack. They just go from trick to set up to next trick. You express yourself beautifully with a lyrical flow. Thanks for posting it.
Awesome. I love it all. It's so fluid with everything seamlessly flowing between the positions with no obvious setting up of the moves. I love the flying poses and the backwards arc. The heel hang was most amazing-ouch. Why does she get a cheer at 4:20?
That was amazing. The peformance, the moves and the music. *slightly biased with the music as it was by Portishead who come from my home town of Bristol, UK ;)*
Those spins do hurt so freaking bad. I had bruises. But still do them cuz their so much fun. i haven't done the backwards one., yet. I'm gonna be studying this video a lot.
Try trapeze class then you'll know! The spin on the bar once is painful and difficult, but she does it four times switching direction each time! She obviously practices a lot!
omg sis your so amazing. i am so proud of you =)

Hip circles without sleeves, that drop around 1:15 with nothing but tights on... Do you even have pain censors? Haha I'm so jealous!
