this vid is 1 yr old hopefully you could answer my question, What kind of oils, creams or mixtures of both do you suggest for when I do this? My husband feels more tension mid back and shoulders and I wanted to massage him other than benjay or things that stink like that. Thank you most informative video I have ever seen on massages 🙏

as for any tips
1. try to be gentle yet confident with your hand movements
2. most ‘effective’ position of hands during massage is from above, just keep that in mind
3. pay attention to their reaction and move on from there
