CSE vs IT
Why Computer Science?
Computer Science is a versatile and dynamic field that offers endless opportunities for innovation and impact. It drives advancements in various industries and plays a critical role in shaping the future.
Engineering vs Arts
Engineering focuses on technical skills and scientific principles to create and innovate. Arts emphasize creativity and critical thinking. Both have their own merits, but Engineering, particularly CSE, is essential for technological progress and problem-solving.
What can you expect in Computer Science?
Students can expect to learn programming languages, data structures, algorithms, software development, computer systems, and specialized topics like AI, machine learning, and Cyber Security. Practical projects and internships provide hands-on experience.
Is math necessary?
Absolutely. Mathematics underpins many aspects of Computer Science. Courses like calculus, discrete mathematics, linear algebra, and statistics are fundamental to understanding and excelling in the field.
What is AIDS, AI, CSBS, CS Design, CSE, IT, Cyber Security?
AIDS: Artificial Intelligence and Data Science
AI: Artificial Intelligence
CSBS: Computer Science and Business Systems
CS Design: Computer Science with a focus on software and system design
CSE: Computer Science Engineering
IT: Information Technology
Cyber Security**: Specialization focused on protecting systems, networks, and data from cyber threats
Other Departments vs Us - Competition
CSE often competes with other engineering disciplines like Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil Engineering. Each has its unique strengths, but CSE stands out due to its wide applicability and impact on modern technology.
What Industry Needs?
The industry demands skilled professionals in areas like software development, data analysis, AI, Cyber Security, and IT management. Emphasis is placed on practical experience, problem-solving abilities, and continuous learning to keep up with technological advancements.

hello haressh, i am preparing for placement. for that i am solving dsa problem with js.
1.does company like zoho,FAANG will allow to code in js for solving problems?
2.na frontend technology in-depth ahh padichitu irukan. most of the company will allow to do code in python, java, cpp.
for frontend developer the above languages lam use ehh most ahh panamatom,so ippa indha situation epadi tackle pandradhu.
3.How does Zoho conduct interviews for frontend developers? Do they require candidates to solve problems and create applications or components?
4.what are the dsa topics to cover for FDev
1. FAANG doesn't care about the language so you can choose JS no problem
2. You can use JS itself and let your interviewer know that you can explain the logic well
3. Yes they hire for FE, You should create a sample mini project
4. There's no specific DSA topics for FE but you can skip very advanced DSA topics alone like Graphs algo, Fenwick trees, DP etc
Tq for this video, neenga bio maths student or computer maths student
I'm from CS background
I have started solving leetcode questions after solving a reasonable amount of problems in skillrack and other platforms. Dynamic programming is really hard to understand.. especially the iterative DP...I am able to understand recursive DP.....
Don't worry I was there once. Follow Take you forward's DP playlist.... It's the best hands down when it comes to DP
@@hareeshrajendran Sure anna. Thank You.
Nice
Note This 6:46 By Anna University Regulation 2021 As Information Technology Stduent I Just Came through 3 Maths paper
1) Matrics And Calculus
2) Statistics and Numerical Methods
3) Discrete Maths
Above Only Come If you're Regulation 2021 as per Anna University Affilation College
Remember After 2021 the samee Regulation Syllabus only Until They Change
You guys are lucky 😁 But M2 is enough for CS for most of the cases . For AI you need M3
@hareeshrajendran but for cse in rmk there are 4 maths papers
We can't change the system but to adopt 😭 colleges give math paper in other names tooo 😂
Tier 1, Tier 2 Engineering clg kidaikalana .. Tier 1 Arts and science clg choose panlaamla bro...
I will still choose tire 3 engineering college with good placements

Hi bro you said, How to use 'Google Search' properly and get right kind of information( during code searching ).
Using ( double quotes, single quote like that...).
Can you make video that related?
That's called Google Dorking. I'll make a video about it
@@hareeshrajendran Okay and make it quick anna.
Why ?
@@hareeshrajendran some time I stuck code output and try to search it in Google it show wrong answer and it takes too much of time to find right thing.
You said one interview video(channel - hr.naveen) that's why I ask.
Use chatgpt meanwhile

Bro information science and computer science being placed together in college ?
What do you mean ?
iam first year student CSE , i have a doubt bro it is said that any computer technology is impossible to master in 3 - 6 months so in college i understand nothing also every sem new technology are introduced to students so at the end the student cannot grab any technology whats the reason for this ?
Real..Focus on any development which is needed and you are interested. Focus on DSA and development to make sure that you are industry ready at the end of your college. Colleges are just for degree aspects. You need to learn by yourself. Strong your cs fundamentals and contribute to open sources..
@@vigneshs1852 well said
@@vigneshs1852 got it bro
Study whatever that's presented to you in that semester itself.... You can never master CSE even after 5 years of continuous learning because it's a never ending field
I agree with this one! DSA and Real Dev skills with a sensible knowledge of Core CS is what expected in the industry
Bro portfolio website create panna video podunga bro
Noted!
bro there are lot of cs course on udemy , shall i enroll those courses to learn about cs because i am a commerce student i ve a interest in fintech field
Whatever you want to learn, first learn from UA-cam for free atleast for 1 week if you still feel comfortable with that topic then you can go with paid course
@@hareeshrajendran sure bro im confused that will i get a job in that field because i am not from cs background
Yes you can get a job even if you're from non cs background

Bro without degree can anyone get a IT job?
No bro, Atleast diploma must
It is possible without degree too but the companies hiring with good package and without degree is very very less
I don't think diploma is a must for all the companies. Some companies even recruit 12th passed students who have good logical and coding abilities
@@hareeshrajendran okok anna😇

Bro information science and computer science being placed together in college ?
What do you mean ?
These two branchs are similar
No not similar IT and CS are similar IS is not similar to CS because IS is completely related to Data and management of data
