DIY Glowing Christmas Tree Craft: Easy LED Circuit Project for the Holidays

⭕ MATERIALS:
Christmas Tree Drawing or a print
Foil tape
Coin cell battery
LED light
⭕ INSTRUCTIONS:
(1) Draw or print a Christmas tree on your paper.
(2) Use foil tape to create a path from the LED's negative side to one side of the battery.
(3) Bend a corner of the paper to bring the foil tape into contact with the other side of the battery.
(4) Test your LED light. Once it lights up, stick it on the tree.
(5) Watch as your Christmas tree craft becomes a glowing beacon of festive joy!
⭕ SCIENCE EXPLAINED:
This simple circuit uses a coin cell battery to power the LED. When the foil tape connects the LED to the battery, it completes the circuit, allowing electricity to flow and light up the LED. It's a fun, hands-on way to learn about basic electronics and circuits!
