Towa, Axel, and Pakael have similar tastes in food?

Axel, Towa, and Pakael were part of different teams during VSaikyo S5, but during scrims week, the three of them got together to play some more-laid back Apex on stream. They talked a lot about food - in this particular snippet, they primarily talked about yakiniku.

Towa-sama is a kindhearted and angel-like... devil? 🤔 Anyway, Towa takes gaming seriously and enjoys putting in her best effort no matter what game it is, though she's well-known for being an avid FPS gamer. She also recently picked up Street Fighter 6, and it's, uh, pretty obvious that she really likes the character Ed. Her only weakness in gaming is horror games. Legends say that the kenzokus (her fans) die inside whenever Towa plays horror games when she gets scared to the point of needing to stop streaming. Despite wanting to act as a prankster to fit her character as a devil, more often than not, she behaves endearingly and causes the kenzokus to reach diabetic highs and be incapacitated.

The HR chief and gladiator of TEMPUS, Axel is usually considered to be a bit hotheaded and impulsive, but he is also a frank person who loves and appreciates his guildmates and Axelotls (even if he scams them often). He is fluent in both English and Japanese, does Japanese gaming and chatting streams from time to time, and visits Japan decently often to see family. He's a big foodie, and, although he's on the younger side, he has watched and enjoyed older shows such as Space Cobra and Megazone 23, thanks to his dad.

Don't let his cute appearance fool you - Pakael is a monster when it comes to FPSes, particularly Apex. Outside of Apex, he participates in the Sutogura streamer RP GTA5 server, and does the occasional chatting stream. Can be a little bit of a gremlin at times.

While this is from an older VOD, Axel, Towa, and Pakael had at least a half hour's worth of yapping about food, and with VSaikyo Season 6 around the corner, I thought it'd be a good time to start cracking at it.
Notes:
0:05 - This stream happened during scrims week of the VSaikyo Season 5 Apex tournament, where there were daily scrims in the evening before the actual tourney - not a great time to go out to eat.
1:50 - Yukhoe is a dish that usually consists of seasoned marinated raw beef, often garnished with raw egg yolk and/or Korean pear, and is meant to be consumed raw. While it's Korean in origin, it appears to be decently popular in Japan as well. (I tried it recently; it's honestly pretty good...)

I always wanna try the grilled offal I see in Korean and Japanese videos, but I'm definitely not a fan of the mouth feel when it comes to liver. Not the biggest fan of the flavor either.
Looking forward to Vsai again, I hope the teams I end up following talk about mundane stuff like this lol

Maybe the liver was overcooked? There's also a difference between hotpot (boiled) and yakiniku (grilled) liver. There's a somewhat narrow timing when the liver has *just* fully cooked that has a softer texture that I prefer.
Completely understandable if you still don't like the mouthfeel tho - there's a little "graininess" that I could do without.
