Seraphine is actually the most balanced champion riot has released in 2020. Eternal is so good in league that’s why she seems to do that much damage cuz he is fed af, but if you get behind it will be so hard for you to comeback and be useful in the game:D

I think she can have huge impact on the game but it depends on the player. She is good in the right hands, but Riot is going to buff her for mid which makes me smile cause I'm already doing great :). It seems that most people struggle while playing her and are considering her average, maybe annoying to deal with.
Remember about potential Twin Shadows in Place of Void Staff for 40% CDR ( in the build section ) like I had in the video.
