To be honest, I think Fire Moth were doomed from the start. I would believe this is best exemplified by their actions regarding the Elysian Realm. The MANTIS had an agreement that they would not inform each other of information from the outside world that they were otherwise not aware of when the sim was created / updated. For example Sakura doesn't know the final fate of Rin or herself. Which btw makes the conversations where she goes on about her sister really uncomfortable. Even more so when neither Mei nor Raven has the courage to tell her the truth. This is where I see their fatal flaw. Cohesion and honesty. To operate as an effective force you need cohesion, honesty and trust between all relevant soldiers. If you don't trust the person next to you in the trenches to do the right thing, to be trustworthy and reliable, then your effective force projection power is going to be weaker than it otherwise should be. You're going to hesitate, make mistakes and doubt your allies actions, even unconsciously. You do not want soldiers looking over the shoulder and second guessing. Back to the Elysian Realm. Not telling your ally the truth is outright declaring you believe they are too weak to handle the information. The MANTIS agreed not to say anything and this is telling of their weakness. They are not a cohesive fight force that relies on each other. They are a collection of powerful people united by a common goal. This isn't the same. This is why the CE forces are more likely to win. Yes they may currently posses less centred tactical and military power compared to the PE. But organisational and personal cohesion is a different story. For all their frustrations with diverging opinions and values; Kiana, Mei and Bronya do trust each other. Fu Hua and Theresa as the senior soldiers trust the collective. Combat morale and cohesive power structures where different civilian and military branches need to work together efficiently and effectively. Well said indeed. Sometimes I find it as likely to see them all as tragic, doomed monsters as I do as tragic heroes. But their failings are all so very human. Perhaps that's why they were inevitably unable to succeed in keeping this world from being 'pruned' (as yet) from the tree.

But Otto was also a genius in its own right he take the technology of Fire Moth and created, honkai energy based weapons some as good as Divine Keys, reconstructed divine Keys, created a cure for Honkai Corruption illnesses (this was one of the first things he discovered), he could have cured Dr. Mei and many people from the old world (because one of the biggest problems in the old world which is often forgotten is that Honkai corruption was killing a lot population and no one could do anything about it) and yes Otto lived 500 years while FM scientists had to confront all this through a normal life spam, but still Otto had a deeper undertanding of the honkai and honkai based technology than no one ever had (he even managed to directly or indirectly tame 3 Herrschers HoT, HoF(V) and HoR bringing the perspective that Herrschers can be brake from the control of the will of Honkai) and he may be one of the main artfices of humanity survivol in the future.
Tbh after Fire MOTHs killed 7th Herrscher is the big sign of them about to lose the war against the Honkai, and the ultimate dumbest and worst decision they made which lead to their doom is when they killed the 12th Herrscher. Also the major impact of why PE lost is this mindset of their's: "Fight and destroy the Honkai at all cost" While CE won because of this mindset: "Fight to protect this beautiful world" Edit: Honkai didn't even need to go all out on PE, yet the humans doomed themselves, while Honkai is malding over many of the CE Herrschers betraying it.
well there is one more to add as to why that is. - Prometheus hijacked the Honkai from the inside, meaning that it will only deploy the same herrschers from their era. - Elysia made a gamble that she will bind the Honkai into having herrschers like her in exchange of her own life. Its success rate is pretty low though. As Domination, Wind, Corruption, and Binding are still "obedient" to the WoH although not as loyal as they were in PE. - Otto and few like minded people before and after he went insane(a.k.a. him, Cocolia, Fu Hua, Su, and Nagamitsu) had done a lot of things to ensure that their era can deal with Honkai more effectively.

My confusions are; How did Prometheus hijack WoH? How's Prometheus "only deploying the ones from PE"? And what was the gamble that Elysia took? When you say Wind, Corruption etc are "loyal" to WoH, what does that mean? Do you just mean how it happened in game, they were still evil? Because from what I know, current era herrschers were *all* evil. HoR is only good because the voices of 300,000 people drown out the WoH's voice, Mei was evil until she mastered her own powers, Sentience hates Honkai only because she shares Fu Hua's memories and so has the same hatred towards Honkai as Fu Hua does

Fire MOTHS lost from the very beginning. Herrscher of The End couldn't be defeated. Even Kevin's strongest attack stunned it for 12 hours. It took barely any damage. This thing people like to mention how the Current Era did far better than PE. Well, no shit! They not only had 50 thousand years of knowledge but the fact the previous Herrschers remained the same as they were PE. The fact the PE even lasted up to the Final Herrscher with little knowledge and such Little time is very amazing
I feel that as soon as dr meis super computer predicted the herrscher of the end it was over.. how are you supposed to keep up hope when your leader has already put effort into an entire intricate plan for your failure?
Regarding the 6th Herrscher segment, I recall from the manga panel it basically said by the time of 6th Herrscher humanity had lost half of its then professional military force. So it was all 1-6 Herrschers in who wiped out half of humanity's fighting force in total, not just the 6th Herrscher doing the deed alone like how the video seemed to have implied.
Himeko honestly had consciousness, and could be brought back if they severed connection with the core and imaginary tree by reversing Blank key. By that time, they already had ice core so suppressing her with Blank key was possible. Himeko probably did least dmg, after burning Australia she went to boil the ocean
btw kevin could only unleash his divebomb on hoB because hua used the 1st order of FHD on her to create an opening that said it was a pretty good tldr of the PE herrscher encounters
tbh I want a non-captainverse event or story where the MOTHs come out on top. No offense to the Main characters but if I'm being real a majority of the PE characters are so much more engaging and it would be way more interesting to see how Kevin struggles with being Humanity's greatest Hope while all he wants is to be with MEI and in turn MEI doing what she can to help Kevin when she's partially the reason why he's in this mess to begin with

Problem being that kinda invalidate the theme of the story. So far what is working in the fight against Honkai is all in the game tagline. Protect all that is beautiful in this world. It's the reason CE actually has Herrschers fighting on the side of humanity, and why MHY was not shy about dropping hint that the world will at least survive via APHO and Star Rail. Remember that Honkai is a test. If it want to destroy human, it would be spawning all Herrschers at once, or spawn Herrscher with their domain's maximum potential unlocked. Moth abandoned too much to get to where they were, so them passing the trial is hard to believe. Plus previous era MOTHs seem tantalizing because of the mysteries and what we don't know about them. I don't think they would be as cool if the story is actually about them.
You seem to forget that people are constantly asking for more MOTH/PE attention and questions. Focusing on them would never actually make them less cool. Plus, discounting an AU on them based off canon is unnecessary to begin with as it's clearly stated *AU* or as if most events don't screw around with the characters. And characters like Kevin, Sakura, Elysia, Eden show that they weren't all bad, and even Mobius and MEI show humanity, so obviously PE coming out on top would clearly require focusing on that plus development much like canon CE, not even counting potential turned herrschers

imo, the PE lost because they were underestimating the enemy at first, but when they realized that Honkai actually had some form of intelligence; it was already too late. Them killing Rin was basically the last nail on the PE's coffin. They were too weak to fight at that point because of all their bad decisions. Killing a Herrscher that poses no threat instead of using her was super dumb, ngl... Kevin was also pretty... Unwise to say the least. He was one of the few reasons why PE lost, and you'd think he'd learn his lesson of not interfering unless absolutely necessary, but now he wants to destroy CE to save CE??... Kaslanas am I right?
@@hawk8149 it really shows how weak and dumb PE was tbh. how did they get in though? PE's HQ has poor security and it shows how neglectful they were too. Instead of having a MANTIS guard Rin at all times, they had no one guarding her. Which eventually lead to their downfall.

If believe 13th Herrscher - their fault was that they did not listened her advice, not united together and that made their victory impossible, as everyone still went with selfish means, even thought 13th Herrscher tried to unite them once again.
And in general 13th Herrscher planned everything, and previously all was going with her plan, except some stuff like Kevin being stubborn and killing 12th Herrscher. She even was able to make all those psychopaths to work together to achieve same goal. I think in the end Mibius and Kevin ruined it all, as Kevin was too stubborn to follow her plan and said "herrschers can't help humanity, so I will do differently". And Mobius being sly as she is most likely withdrawed from fight to have some experimentations.
After the recent Elysian Everlasting events; it seems some blame could be put in Elysia as she was afraid of facing her comrades wraths for lying to them. Although Mei later showed her that they would have all accepted her. From what I understand Elysia had sent all the Flamechasers invitations to her “banquet” and they all refused; to defy her expectations. They trusted her.
Its unity that elysia wanted to teach mei all along so that mei dosent make the same mistake as they did mei would go past what the moth couldnt cause mei actually isint selfish like the others its why mei went back to the others instead of following kevin its that very reason that CE have more of a chance cause one Mei had learn more about what they are fighting against through elysian realm and with that knowledge she can share with everyone she trust making them essentially more united than others provided no one betrays the main group they would have a better shot than PE i guess.

From what i think the PE could at least stand a better chance if their Flame Chasers got along or at least understand eachother much more better this assumption is really because of the 12 Herrscher incident but yeah that's just what i think
Firemoth Honkai sucks because they don't actually have a "Hero". While on Firemoth GGZ, they have a "Hero", in this case "Saviour". Which is known as Houraiji Kyuushou. And that's why Firemoth GGZ won against Honkai. Well, even "Firemoth" here is actually just Houraiji Kyuushou won against Honkai.
They lose because lack of time fracture,I think Time fracture is always huge help in fight and will save user's ass in very dangerous situation If I remember correctly,Time fracture was developed just around 10 years ago by study HoV's power after 2nd eruption . . . . .......that is what I though until I notice Elysia also have time fracture

you know what? after everthing that happend in the story recently i belive the final herrscher is still going to be kiana. BUT which kiana? i belive its going to be the kiana of the PE returning. and here is how i think events will play out: after the 13th herrscher the worlds major anti honkai forces join up like schicksal, anti entropy and world serpant and beginn preperations for the 14th. while preperations seem to be going well conflict is brewing in the alliance. kevin wants to go thru with whatever project STIGMA is. judging from what little i know it would involve a major loss of human life if its intended to save humanity from honkai of give them a fighting chance then the price to pay must be unimaginable. of course the the others wouldn'd agree to it and a conflict ensues which ends with a showdown between Durendal, Kiana and Kevin. after a long fought battle and with the help of their friends Kevin now lies on the ground defeated..... BUT he's not done yet. suddenly a masive spike in honkai energy and a extreme cold is felt by everyone and kevins voice can be heared but its diffrent from how it was before. what was once a booming voice from which no Emotion could come from was now a voice filled with desperation, unease and grim determination."I can not fall here......not after all that we have sacreficed......not after all the people who belived in us died in pain and agony.....not after SHE died in pain and agony!". struggling to get back up he eventualy stands up. his face showing the first emotion since 50000 years. Determination."Dr MEI entrusted Project STIGMA to me. She belived in me. and in turn i shall belive in her and her Vision. even if it kills me. i cant let all the sacrafices be in vain. and if you dare stnd in my way I WILL END YOU!". Kevin now stands tall with his sword at his side like 50000 years ago. "Lets do this. AWAKEN HONKAI!" as he said so he stabed himself with his sword as he began to transform to something beyond a human. beyond a herrscher. "Project STIGMA Shall Deliver humanity from honkai!" a masive, blinding light begins to eminate from him as the human named Kevin died and The Deliverer was born. after a long long battle the united force of everyone was able to but a stop to the deliverers furry but the cost was astronomical. after that inccident global tempertures reached an all time low as many regions of the world became unable to support human life. now after months of rebuilding kiana durendal and everyone came face to face with the final Herrscher as they aproach she speaks:"Welcome Humans to your demise...." and that is how i think things will go down.

HOWEVER. Project stigma aims to ACTIVATE all the dormant stigmata genes in ALL of humanity, causing anyone with extremely low honkai adaptability to die, and only leaving those with 90-100% honkai adaptability to survive (which at the time before the main story starts, was no one.). In chapter 27 however, we see Bianka (Kiana), achieving the true goal of the Stigma project, activating the stigmata perfectly with around 90-100% honkai adaptability. So currently in the main story, the only one who will survive if Kevin went through with the project is bianka.
I always wonder since the final herrscher is so op, why don’t she just yet the earth out of orbit. So honkai can finally fulfill its destiny of murdering mankind. Did honkai purposefully let some of human live so they can come back slaughter them again, like life stocks? That’s dark
With regards to the latest story, Honkai seem to want humanity to evolve into a being like itself, not eradicating them. Apparently, their version of making something more like you is killing them, which obiviously failed many times. The justification for them making bad decisions like these is something along the line of their action got distorted travelling through the different dimensions as they need to travel from a higher being to lowly humans. But anyways, when this inevitably fails, the Honkai would use the final herrscher/ finality to reset the world and try again, mostly with the same result. The cycle only stopped when Elysia came and blocked finality from resettting which left the herrscher no choice but to destroy the planet and died off(?). Of course, there was the cryopod project that enable people to survive, which allowed the current era to recieve tech and stories left the previous era. The herrscher probably just couldn't touch the cryopod facility like how we see some places like Schicksal HQ being immune to highly power destruction.
This is something I'm aware off and have been working on improving. I want my vids to be as intelligible as possible and the auto subtitle is good enough for people who need them. You seem to forget that people are constantly asking for more MOTH/PE attention and questions. Focusing on them would never actually make them less cool. Plus, discounting an AU on them based off canon is unnecessary to begin with as it's clearly stated *AU* or as if most events don't screw around with the characters. And characters like Kevin, Sakura, Elysia, Eden show that they weren't all bad, and even Mobius and MEI show humanity, so obviously PE coming out on top would clearly require focusing on that plus development much like canon CE, not even counting potential turned herrschers

imo, the PE lost because they were underestimating the enemy at first, but when they realized that Honkai actually had some form of intelligence; it was already too late.
Them killing Rin was basically the last nail on the PE's coffin. They were too weak to fight at that point because of all their bad decisions. Killing a Herrscher that poses no threat instead of using her was super dumb, ngl...
Kevin was also pretty... Unwise to say the least. He was one of the few reasons why PE lost, and you'd think he'd learn his lesson of not interfering unless absolutely necessary, but now he wants to destroy CE to save CE??... Kaslanas am I right?

how did they get in though? PE's HQ has poor security and it shows how neglectful they were too. Instead of having a MANTIS guard Rin at all times, they had no one guarding her. Which eventually lead to their downfall.

If believe 13th Herrscher - their fault was that they did not listened her advice, not united together and that made their victory impossible, as everyone still went with selfish means, even thought 13th Herrscher tried to unite them once again.
And in general 13th Herrscher planned everything, and previously all was going with her plan, except some stuff like Kevin being stubborn and killing 12th Herrscher.
She even was able to make all those psychopaths to work together to achieve same goal.
I think in the end Mibius and Kevin ruined it all, as Kevin was too stubborn to follow her plan and said "herrschers can't help humanity, so I will do differently". And Mobius being sly as she is most likely withdrawed from fight to have some experimentations.
After the recent Elysian Everlasting events; it seems some blame could be put in Elysia as she was afraid of facing her comrades wraths for lying to them.
Although Mei later showed her that they would have all accepted her.
From what I understand Elysia had sent all the Flamechasers invitations to her “banquet” and they all refused; to defy her expectations. They trusted her.
Its unity that elysia wanted to teach mei all along so that mei dosent make the same mistake as they did mei would go past what the moth couldnt cause mei actually isint selfish like the others its why mei went back to the others instead of following kevin its that very reason that CE have more of a chance cause one Mei had learn more about what they are fighting against through elysian realm and with that knowledge she can share with everyone she trust making them essentially more united than others provided no one betrays the main group they would have a better shot than PE i guess.

Firemoth Honkai sucks because they don't actually have a "Hero". While on Firemoth GGZ, they have a "Hero", in this case "Saviour". Which is known as Houraiji Kyuushou. And that's why Firemoth GGZ won against Honkai. Well, even "Firemoth" here is actually just Houraiji Kyuushou won against Honkai.

Time fracture is always huge help in fight and will save user's ass in very dangerous situation

you know what? after everthing that happend in the story recently i belive the final herrscher is still going to be kiana. BUT which kiana? i belive its
going to be the kiana of the PE returning. and here is how i think events will play out: after the 13th herrscher the worlds major anti honkai forces join up like schicksal, anti entropy and world serpant and beginn preperations for the 14th. while preperations seem to be going well conflict is brewing in the
alliance. kevin wants to go thru with whatever project STIGMA is. judging from what little i know it would involve a major loss of human life if its intended to save humanity from honkai of give them a fighting chance then the price to pay must be unimaginable. of course the the others wouldn'd agree to it and a conflict ensues which ends with a showdown between Durendal, Kiana and Kevin. after a long fought battle and with the help of their friends Kevin now lies on the ground defeated..... BUT he's not done yet. suddenly a masive spike in honkai energy and a extreme cold is felt by everyone and kevins voice can be heared but its diffrent from how it was before. what was once a booming voice from which no Emotion could come from was now a voice filled with desperation, unease and grim determination."I can not fall here......not after all that we have sacreficed......not after all the people who belived in us died in pain and agony.....not after SHE died in pain and agony!". struggling to get back up he eventualy stands up. his face showing the first emotion since 50000 years. Determination."Dr MEI entrusted Project STIGMA to me. She belived in me. and in turn i shall belive in her and her Vision. even if it kills me. i cant let all the sacrafices be in vain. and if you dare stnd in my way I WILL END YOU!". Kevin now stands tall with his sword at his side like 50000 years ago. "Lets do this. AWAKEN HONKAI!" as he said so he stabed himself with his sword as he began to transform to something beyond a human. beyond a herrscher. "Project STIGMA Shall Deliver humanity from honkai!" a masive, blinding light begins to eminate from him as the human named Kevin died and The Deliverer was born. after a long long battle the united force of everyone was able to but a stop to the deliverers furry but the cost was astronomical. after that inccident global tempertures reached an all time low as many regions of the world became unable to support human life. now after months of rebuilding kiana durendal and everyone came face to face with the final Herrscher as they aproach she speaks:"Welcome Humans to your demise...."

@@fude-pen2163 stigmata is an artificial honkai adaptability genetics in the human body to resist honkai. however, it isn't perfect, at most currently, stigmatas can only slow down honkai corruption to a certain degree (around 60% at most). HOWEVER. Project stigma aims to ACTIVATE all the dormant stigmata genes in ALL of humanity, causing anyone with extremely low honkai adaptability to die, and only leaving those with 90-100% honkai adaptability to survive (which at the time before the main story starts, was no one.). In chapter 27 however, we see Bianka (Kiana), achieving the true goal of the Stigma project, activating the stigmata perfectly with around 90-100% honkai adaptability. So currently in the main story, the only one who will survive if Kevin went through with the project is bianka.

With regards to the latest story, Honkai seem to want humanity to evolve into a being like itself, not eradicating them. Apparently, their version of making something more like you is killing them, which obiviously failed many times. The justification for them making bad decisions like these is something along the line of their action got distorted travelling through the different dimensions as they need to travel from a higher being to lowly humans. But anyways, when this inevitably fails, the Honkai would use the final herrscher/ finality to reset the world and try again, mostly with the same result.
The cycle only stopped when Elysia came and blocked finality from resettting which left the herrscher no choice but to destroy the planet and died off(?). Of course, there was the cryopod project that enable people to survive, which allowed the current era to recieve tech and stories left the previous era. The herrscher probably just couldn't touch the cryopod facility like how we see some places like Schicksal HQ being immune to highly power destruction.
Who was the last herrscher
It's still unknown. Her design is similar to GGZ Kiana which may or may not have any connection to Honkai 3rd Kiana.
