The team is around 85%wr i assume? Also does Vivian have to be on time matter, I think I've seen her on Portrait in similar 3 man teams. Planning to have Vivian on speed set probably.
Win Rate depends on whether or not Baiken needs target debuff to clear. If she doesn't you can run Mrs. Confile on Leo and boost the win rate over 85% by adding another chance to land defense break. Time Matter isn't required but you'll want to make sure your Vivian doesn't cut Baiken after her s1 combat readiness push. If she cuts, she'll be doing a lot of damage into a defense broken Banshee.
They are basically the same consistency wise. They both have pros and con's. Leo is green and doesn't heal banshee when hit. Both have 100% to try defense breaks, with 85% chance to land. Shadow Rose doesn't have an RNG extra attack that might split banshee. If you have her she's a consistent option for sure.

She sure doesn't! Baiken doesn't even need rage to one shot. Very new player friendly unit for b13 one shot.

what happen if leo speed higher than vivian ?
depends on how much damage your vivian does with defense break. if she doesn't trigger split you're good. if she does the run fails.
