10ohm Cathode (between pin 7 and 8) resistor added for setting the bias
added pot to adjust global bias negative voltage

R241 is parallel with R242, I replaced R241 with two 15K resistors and 20K linear pot so now R241 can go from 30K to 50K. + I added a 10ohm resister in all the cathode to messuage the current.
