The reactor was the first midrange that gave me confidence. I always threw a buzzz but hated how inconsistent I was with it. Sometimes it would be stable, sometimes it would flip. This is how the hex was when I threw it. The reactor though is predictably stable. It still pushes and bombs and will fly true even into wind. If I need a laser straight mid, I go to the mindbender
I haven’t tried a Reactor yet, but I bought a Hex when they first came out and I immediately loved it. I have a Tensor as my stable/overstable mid, so I’m in no rush to pick up a Reactor. The Hex is there to stay in my bag for sure though!
@@IceBergTV for me, I use my mid for up shots and short (250-300’) straight shots. I have a slight wrist roll on my back hand on my tee shots and the hex gets effected by it badly. I suppose I could try and fix my form, but for now, the hex sometimes stables out and sometimes burns right off the tee for me. The reactor is easy for me to rip on and I know it will go straight with a baby fade whether I do my baby wrist roll or not.
To clarify. I have an Elaine king eclipse reactor & 2 lizzotle eclipse hex’s. I’m gunna throw them today and try to record & see if I can tell much of a difference.
Could be normal variation. My first mvp shock was perfect turn - reliable fade in the end disk. The two after that were terrible meat hooks. Same weight, same plastic, same year, different color, Totally different dist when throwing them…

Good video I do think throwing from a field so we can see where they land and the difference in stability and distance would be easier for the viewer
I'm bagging the glow reactor and a fission hex because i get a little more flip up with the fission plastic..
Same!
No bull here! one reason I love your channel Your skill gives you tons of credibility for your reviews and for that I thank you. Cheers my friend❤️
Thank you🙏 that means a lot

Awesome! Hopefully this video helped you feel more informed
I have an Elaine king eclipse reactor & 2 lizzottle eclipse hex, honestly can’t tell much of a difference.
I was so excited for my glow hex but I can’t lie, the glow reactor is still better for me.
What makes the reactor better for you?
I feel the same way. I cant trust the hex. Sometimes it flips on me and sometimes it stables out. My glow reactor is much more stable than the hex.

@@chuckwalla123 thats a good way to play! Sometimes having fun and throwing what you enjoy throwing is better than having "perfect form". 👍
I prefer the hex to reactor for myself.

So the Tesla has been my favorite disc for the past year. The Reactor to me feels like a lower speed Tesla
My brother bought me a pre-sale hex and it's extremely smooth. I'd buy both if I was looking at them on the shelf
Who's "not a fan of Simon"?
Came to make this comment… iceberg secretly a leaky leaker fan smh 😂
Glow reactor is such a great disc
Agree!
We probably shouldn’t be joking around about snakes now 😂
The matrix is a preferred one for me
I actually find the lizottle to be less stable than all my hexs; the first SE Neutron hex being the most stable. All very close in stability though
