African origins of Christmas : The Hidden History

  • Interestingly, many Christians, particularly Black Christians, are often unaware of the true origins of the December global celebration. Previously, the celebration was variably scheduled in January, March, April, May, or September, reflecting uncertainty about the actual birthdate of Jesus.
The holidays we observe today have their roots in sacred days from ancient Kemetic or what is popularly known as Egyptian culture, where these occasions were timed with celestial events such as the alignment of stars, constellations, and the sun's position relative to Earth.

We can see that Ancient Khemet, had their gods copied or plagiarized by many cultures, and forced to convert to these religions. Since Khemet has documented their, lifestyle they must be honored. The only way is positive exposure. 😊

True bur at the same time I'd say that the bantu Hebrew evrh faith of yeshua isn't a copycat faith/religion. Does Egypt mythology predicted our people disaster regarding the slave trade I'm not throwing shade all I'm saying is that we are the people of the Bible and we are in the endtimes.

    1. Judaism uses a lunar calendar, not a solar one. Chanukkah can occur as early as November.
    2. December 25 was the Roman holiday of Saturnalia, and was likely the choice of that day for Christmas.
    3. Christ comes from Greek, not Egyptian.
    4. Christmas trees were a Germanic tradition. Pagan Germanic people would bring evergreen branches into their homes in the middle of the winter. Christmas trees were largely unheard of in the Mediterranean. This is also why they are spruce or fir trees, which are found in Northern Europe.
    5. Jesus and Mary are white in white-majority cultures. Ethiopians portrayed them as black, and Asian Christians portrayed them as Asians.
