Congrats GrandPa!! We wish him Health, Wealth and Happiness and Many, Many Years!! God Bless the little Fella!! Oh, the campground looks very nice... I love trees and falling water!! We'll see ya on the next one!!
Don't feel too bad about the Aliner, I sold mine 4 years ago. I did enjoy the one I had but it was some what of a relief to have someone else take it and enjoy it. I did not experience much of a dip in UA-cam traffic afterwords as I picked up new subscribers for my new rig. Love the grand child's pictures at the end.
Congratulations on the new grandchild. A cutie! Not surprised you sold the Aliner. Having 2 campers is one too many to keep up. Now someone else can enjoy it. We have an an Aliner Scout thanks to you and Slim. Enjoy it very much. Life is good. Thanks.
Cute grandkid. My grandkids love camping with me and do a lot of the set up and breakdown when camping. They get upset when we camp without them. lol. Selling the Aliners makes sense. As we progress through life out camping styles change and consequently sometimes are rigs need to change. Looking forward to your continued adventures.
It's a new chapter in your UA-cam experience, embrace it all with many more trips in the future. What you did with upgrades on the A liner was pretty remarkable I'm sure the new owner will get as much out of it you did Rick. Looking forward to the future!!
OMG he’s cute!!! He looks like you but his hair is darker. Of course, it’s always a joy to see Akela playing with sticks and in his favorite place, the water. I have to admit that I sold my Aliner and now have a teardrop but I can stand up in it. I loved my Aliner but it needed some work I was not capable of doing. Oh, and thanks for a great review of a Pennsylvania campground.
That’s a surprisingly nice campground. I think you should go and tell me what you think about it. And all babies are cute, that’s why people have more than one. It’s an addiction thing.
@ Grandchildren are so much fun. It’s even a different feeling of love. Enjoy it. Somehow, their young years go by so much faster than our own kids did.
Enjoyed the video. Have visited Loleta but never camped there. It is about 2-3 hour drive from home (NE Ohio). It is a beautiful area, my favorite campground in the Allegheny is Hearts Content. I had been camping in my minivan for years but it was totaled in August so I guess that is trying to tell me something. I am 84 but still a camper at heart. I guess it is time to give it up since I couldn't find another minivan when I needed to. We started out in a popup, then a variety of tents the after my husband passed started traveling/camping in my minivan. Please give Akela a pat for me. What a darling little one, worth any drive to spend time with. Oh, by the way, loved your trip to Tea Creek W.Va. Camped there a few times, one of my favorite places. We live in such a beautiful country! Take care.
Joyce, Thanks for the comments. Sorry about your MiniVan. If I had known Maybe I could have given you my Aliner!! But it did need a bit of work. Its very cool we have gone to some of the same places. You may know I am heading to AZ Tuesday. Every been out west? Got any places I should check out while there??
A friend of mine and my son tried this place out in 2010. Campsite 25. it was one of the best camp trips we ever had. Awesome is the correct adjective for Loleta. My son even begged me to stay another day, but I had to work the next day. This is a federal rec area, not a PA state park. They look identical because many of the structures were built by the Civilian Conservation Corp. many years ago. The natural beauty of the park, from the wildlife to even the insects, is amazing. If you get the chance, go there.
Cute kid!! I started watching your channel because of the aliner but, don’t worry I will still subscribe and watch your videos. I am thinking about an Aliner when I retire so I can travel without going broke buying gas. We have owned numerous travel trailers when the kids were young and still wanted to spend time with us. Now that it’s just my wife, me and two dogs I’m thinking the Aliner will work just fine behind our Ford Maverick. Keep making the videos and we will keep watching!!
Sold my Aliner Scout Lite after about a year. Went to roof top camping one season. Sold that RTT mounted on Space trailer after one season. Now, just bought a Hiker Trailer. Doing my finishing additions to it. Ready for a new season of camping out west from KY. Money in the pocket to finance new camping equipment is no laughing matter. Facebook market place has been good to me when selling camping stuff, too. Enjoy the Wolfpup. Goes well with that other wolf pup that loves his sticks. Following. 😊
Thank you, sir, you have a good time with your toys too. We just have to keep the mini wolf pops happy with the big Wolff pop and we’ll have a good time too.
Allegheny not too far from NY, I could do that with the cargo trailer. Did the day trip to Kinzua Bridge a few years back, drove the dirt roads. Thanks for sharing...........
@@GoingNoWhereFast Do you mean the Loleta Recreation Area or my home?😂 A long time ago when I was about four, I went on a picnic with my family and friends. I live a lot closer to the Bennezette area let you have traveled in before. 😊
If you haven't lost any viewers up until now then selling the A-Liner shouldn't make a difference. It's been how long since you camped in it? Actually the little crumb cruncher has your eyes he's a cutie!! Lol
Oh, I’ve lost a few viewers. I see some of my original Aliner people are no longer with me. But I have gained quite a few with the wolf pup,. Thanks for the comment.

Thanks Pete. I think you’ll grow up to be a troublemaker. You have a blessed week.

Great to hear. I’m always worried people by airliners based on my videos and hate me. They really are kind of unique. You have a great week.

We are working on new adventures as we respond to this comment. Trying to figure out if I can trade Akela in for a manatee.

@@LoveMtDulcimerMusic It's as much fun to see my son dealing/growing with his new son as watching the baby grow. Definitely wonderfully better!

Only the part where he drools and giggles all the time. I’m pretty sure he gets it from me.

Very True. I will be back there several times!

I will continue and I will mention when the Aliner would be a better option. I can't drag the Wolf Pup like I did the Aliner.

I knew I should’ve had them fixed when they were younger. All boys born should be fixed.
Congrats and Merry Christmas to you and yours

Do, Check out Allegheny National Forest in PA. It has some nice campgrounds and playgrounds!
Nice video. Might be in that area next summer. So good information.
Take the back roads and see the country!! It’s a great place.
That's less than an hour away from my home.😊
Have you ever been there!
