Another well-done video. My wife and I, look forward to viewing them. We visit the Kinzua area of the Allegheny National Forest often and it never disappoints us. The views are spectacular and you capture their beauty!
Hi Carl, Thanks for taking the time to comment on this video. I'm glad to hear that you enjoy viewing our content. Your kind words are encouraging and what motivates us to do what we do.
This is my home that, even as a grown adult, I’m maddeningly homesick for everyday. I currently live amongst the Redwoods of California, but I still love the hardwood forests of Pennsylvania. Hopefully I’ll be home in 5 years. This video kinda hurts💔💔💔💔😭😭😭 Edited for that autocorrect…gotta love it 😉🤣
This was our first trip to the Allegheny National Forest and we absolutely loved it. Hope to visit again soon. Hope the video brought back fond memories.
I live just south of the forest and take my Jeep WK (WH outside the States), up there now and then, especially with my club. I will probably never get to see everything there is in the area so videos are always fun.
What happened to trail where they burned a lot of stuff ( Jacobs Rocks) it was very spooky and i found a big rock with a cross on it later to Find out a girl died by a branch falling on her head. After that i got a creepy feeling & couldn't stop looking up lol
My son got attacked by a crazy ass goose when we were there in a canoe in the cold water. Good thing I had a 22 rifle with me. He got civilized when a warning shot went across his bow.
Wow brother you sound like your from australia or something my names mitch i live in butler pennsylvania ive been to all places youve shown in your video except for a couple. Do you live here in PA?
We found some nice dispersed campsites on forest service roads 160 and 173. Does anyone know of other roads in the forest that have dispersed campsites?
I'm not 100% sure anymore. We were traveling from Warren to Chapman State Park. I think it branches off Rt59 just before Rt6 where the road joins Rt156. It could have also been off Rt6 at Clarendon on route to Chapman State Park. Hope this helps. Sorry I can't be more specific.

@@overlandadventures6763 that’s okay! I will look for it this summer when we go. Great job with the video! I have visited Allegheny national forest every year for 15 years straight with my dad and brothers. Unfortunately my dad passed away this winter and it will be different going there without him.
I live in Warren. These are my Stomping grounds ❤️. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay! Come back soon!
You're lucky. I'm about 5 hours away. We really enjoyed our stay. Will def visit again.
Love Allegheny mountains and forests. Beautiful relatively unknown area

Great video, I'm from Kane PA and also have a staffy. Very cool to see my back yard. Hope you enjoyed it.
Really loved it thanks! Hope to visit again someday. 👍
I grew up in Otto Eldred Territory. Miss the hills all the time. Need a trip home.

I wish I could get up there more often.
I remember this Memorial Day weekend: it was a cold and wet start to summer
Yes you’re right. We actually ended up staying at KOA because we couldn’t find a dry campsite anywhere. We still had a great time though.
Love it
Glad you enjoyed it. I'd like to go back sometime and do more hiking in the area.
Doing a 10 day exploring trip for my UA-cam channel April 13th to the 23rd . I subscribed. I’m your 527 subscriber

Yes I agree that it was spooky. We were there late in the afternoon and it was starting to get dark. It's sad to hear about the little girl.
@@overlandadventures6763 *Jakes Rocks ..a beautiful place for hiking and more ..

What do you use for reception or gps thanks I allways loose service
I use Gaia Maps on my iPad/Phone. You can download the area maps before you leave then if you loose signal you can still navigate.
@overlandadventures6763 ok thank you
What was the road that had a paved section under a tunnel/bridge?

Any idea where that tunnel is?
