exactly imagine if you buy Rtx 4060 and something similar like that from AMD if you prefer amd gpus in future and it will still be fine with that cpu, it means 5800x 3d wont bottleneck your gpu and most games we are going to play high or ultra so even a RTX 4070 will be fine so why we want to upgrade DDR5
@@Ryzen-gh1en the rtx 4060 is gonna be similar in performance to the 3060ti. Slightly faster probably. So even a 5600x will suffice. For GPUs like 4060ti (that is 3080 equivalent) and above the 5800x3d would be a great option without breaking the bank atleast compared to ryzen 7000
@@orion260 yup you are right and for 60+ fps 5800x 3d will be more than sufficient at least 2 years consider some games like spider man, watch dogs legion, hitman 3 get benefit from ddr5 ram, i think good ddr4 kit will still be relevant for many years , consider how many ppl pair a 3090 or 3090ti and if you have that kinda money to spend over a gpu then you must want the latest and greatest cpu which is available atm

I bought my first pc of 50,000 on 1st Jan, 2019 including all parts. From there only I was saving money to build gaming pc after looking its performance. I'm paid 95,000 from my job and i used to save 20,000 every month for 3 years and saved 9,20,000 till October 2022 and then I build my beast pc which is RTX 4090 + 7950x = No electricity bill bcoz my dad is a very high ranked officer in electrical department so we don't have to pay it yee. Hardwork pay off

First time pc builder ke liye, intel 12th gen makes more sense than Am4 platform right? From an upgradability and price to performance standpoint.

Price to performance? How? The motherboard cost for 12th gen balances out the price to performance part. At the end both cpu and Mobo combo for Intel 12th gen and AMD 5000 are similarly priced
No. I will recommend you to go for the AM4 plattform as there are a lot of upgrade options, excluding the latest CPUs. If you get a good B450 motherboard with even a R5 5500 to fit in your budget, you will be able to upgrade to an AM4 compatible R7 to upgrade the setup. You don't need the latest and high-end CPUs to do most of the work.
Go with Intel as 13th Gen will also be supported on 12th Gen Motherboard. Also some motherboards are DDR4 and some are DDR5. So if you can afford a DDR5 then you are set for next 4-5 years on 12th & 13th Gen Intel. Else DDR4 is also a very good option as prices are low currently.
AM4 is a good option no doubt but if you buy a 5600 or 5600x then your upgrade options are limited as maximum you can do is upgrade your core count but you won't be able to get the next generation CPU like Intel.
However, if you can get a good AM4 B550 Motherboard instead of a B450 and a Ryzen 7 5700x, 5800x or 5800x 3D then you can use next generation graphics cards with it when their prices settle down since PCIe slots are backward compatible and currently PCIe Gen3 is not fully utilized by Graphics Cards. So PCIe Gen4 has a long time to go before maximum utilization.

The only reason I'm gravitating towards intel is because of longevity, even one cpu upgrade 1-2 years from now would mean that i could use that pc for another 4 years without needing to upgrade, i just need to go with a ddr5 mobo incase intel decides to make 13th gen ddr5 only.
Although i do like amd and their AM4 platform because of the price it currently available at, but intel just performs better in most creative tasks, not to mention the igpu on intel has some really powerful video encoders.
Even the i3 12100 keeps up with r5 5600x in terms of performance, and that alone justifies the price bump given it would also last longer.
@@luvoverthewall Yes. Many people have the misconception that if we upgrade to higher core count CPU then we are future proofing ourselves. That is not how it works. If that was true Ryzen 5 1600 or Ryzen 7 1800x would have given the same performance as Ryzen 5 5600 and Ryzen 7 5800x since they were also 6 & 8 core CPUs. The internal CPU architecture and IPC improvements matter a lot. Just having more cores means nothing in today's times.

i got motherboard+cpu+psu for free.i had to put another 34k now i have i7 3700,2060 and so ddr3 was the only option ✌️this pc runs every title without a hitch
The cpu is the bottleneck though. You can maybe sell the cpu ram and Mobo and get a modern day i3 for a little more price. That's gonna be fine with a 2060

-Group Regulated (very bad in terms of maintain steady voltage across variety of load
-Hard Switching nature cause noise in output..
- Bad Transient Respose
- Low quality fan, Low Quality Caps
- Cables are relatively bad..
