Your tomato plants looked beautiful and so full! I make salsa as well. I am going to try this recipe, I have found over the years, instead of chopping all by hand. I now use a food processor for chopping up all the veggies, they blend anyway when they are cooking up. The tomatoes, I put in a boiling water bath till skins start coming off then strain them into another pot and let cool for a few hours, skins are so much easier to remove then. I will then put the the tomatoes in the food processor as well and they don't take as long for them to break down. just a couple hints for an easier workload. lol Thanks for sharing this recipe, I can't wait to try, but now have to wait till next year. Genie : )
What a fun time! Family time is precious. The salsa looks yummy and will make such thoughtful gifts. Your nails and your sister's look beautiful, by the way!
It really is. We have fun together. Thank you! I feel like I haven't worn a lot of polish lately with all this yard work. Looking forward to winter! haha

Glad you had fun too- have to have those giddy moments! Thanks for the recipe! My sis in-law cans so I want to try this with her!

Good soil, consistent water and one application of Tomato Tone! That's it. I was shocked how many tomatoes I got. Crazy. I feel like tomato tone is the key!

How wonderful! Spending time with your sisters making something delicious 😋
It's always a good time 😀
Use a food processor with the blade attachment to replace all that chopping - pulse veggies in batches to save time (and your wrists)!
