Really relatable as a patient - the variability- thankyou I at least feel “normal”
Really interesting subject and much pertinent information. I have been suffering from Microvascular Angina since late 2019. I have many decent days and several painful days each month. My Cardiologist seems to struggle with how to treat the situation. I am a 63 year old male that had a Coronary Triple Bypass in January 2019. Thank you.
Super interesting for any patients of MVA & CAS
21;28 Type 3 MVA (presence of both CV disease & MV disease )
It is a great session to describe the INOCA disease. There’s a question that we can see from some CAG with slow flow in coronary artery, do these patients have micro vascular dysfunction? Is there any study on this subject?
Any suggestion for best structure / cardiologist to evaluate potential MVCD in Northern Italy?
From studied conducted i think the only medication that work for Microvascular dysfunction is ranolazine. Beta blockers more or less reduce heart rate and it does not help much with the main issue .
