Yes, you can use the method that is shown in this video on the Zoom loom. For the best weaving experience I recommend that you put the needle across the loom from corner 4 to 1. Put the slip knot of your yarn over the first pin on corner 4, then start weaving towards corner 3. Just weave the pins as they appear and ignore the spaces. The fabric will "settle" when you take your triangle off the loom.
