I got my hair done a week ago, already washed twice cause every two to three days and my hair gets greasy. I just, finally, got the viral silver wash in the mail...gonna use it next time. I got my hair going from dark brown into a gray fade, working on going lighter so it's dark brown to dark gray to light gray fade. I hope it works when I use it. I'm excited and nervous. First time with gray hair and I hear it washes out easy...like really easy. Hoping this helps keep it. That purple of yours is amazing though!

I have a violet red over blonde which fades at the ends to a red/copper color can I use the purple shampoo to make my hair more violet red? The Dark intense violet Color I use tends to fade to a red. I want something with more violet hues.
Hi my hair is a red violet color and it is almost 1 month that I had it professionally dyed. I used the viral purple shampoo and conditioner but, I kinda feel like it made my hair look more red than purple. Any suggestions? I washed the purple shampoo out of my hair right away and the conditioner I only left in for 2 minutes.

That sounds beautiful! I wouldn’t use it until you’re pretty faded. It will make your hair all one shade!

They’re both pretty strong in color. If I were you I’d put purple on first though!
I used this on bleach blonde. Being that purple is so dark, how light do you think I need to get my hair back to go use one of the other bright colors?
It would have to be at Minimum a dirty blonde

You would have to dye it the color you want first. The only way it would stain natural hair is if you were super blonde naturally

Hi, can you mix 2 colors? Like the Gem Lites Colorwash Ruby & the Gem Lites Colorwash Brown Tahitian Pearl to get like a color inbetween the red and brown? I want to get my hair colored like I had it many years ago, but it would cost a lot of what I would like to have done. I want like a burgondy color. A redish brown but with a bit more red. There's also one called Gem Lites Colorwash Amber & Gem Lites Colorwash Fire Opal. Do you think one of these might be what I'm looking for?
I don't see why not. I once dyed my hair a burgundy plum and my hair stylist recommended me to use viral red shampoo amd plum shampoo and put a quarter size of each color in my hand and mix them both in my hair together. It was amazing

Hello! What is a good, not too expensive shampoo and conditioner that you recommend to use between using this to deposit more color? My hair dresser told me to look for something sulfate and paraben free but they are so expensive :(

Hello! I dyed my hair gold and I want to use rosegold to give it a little pink. I used the viral rose gold shampoo and left it in for about 5 minutes, and it didn't change my hair color. How long should I leave it in? Or am I doing something wrong? Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you
The more you work it in the better the deposit. I would shampoo, rinse, shampoo again and really scrub the hair with it. The rose gold is Very light though. For more of a pop you can mix a TINY bit of the hot pink. Beware though it’s super concentrated and could quickly go all hot pink 💖

My head is half one color and half another color…would it easily bleed into the other half?? Should I do one at a time or is it fine to put on two colors at once??
It would bleed onto the other half. You could try to wash only one side at a time but you’ll get some bleed in the back where you can’t see the application
I just got my hair dyed a pretty dark red. Will this shampoo change the entire color of my hair? I just want to keep it from fading fast, I don’t want it to change the color itself.
It is just a mild staining shampoo so it will help with fading and won’t change the color of your hair!

I only use it when I feel like it’s faded. Maybe every other week. Play around and see what works for you!

Question, I mentioned to some friends I wanted to dye my hair purple and they gave me a bottle of this, is this just a product that helps keep a dye color longer or can it actually work to dye the hair? I've never dyed my hair before which is why I asked friends who have dyed their hair, about dying my hair...
It depends on how light you are naturally. It will stain some pieces but you won’t get an even, all over color with this

Thank you for replying. My profile picture is my natural hair color, I tried the shampoo and it didn't seem to do anything, even on the lightest parts of my hair. Guess I'll need to get an official dye to change my color.
Whatever you do don’t use splat or manic panic. They will not leave your hair until you cut it out 😅

Should you use this on wet or dry hair? I saw somewhere someone said to use it on dry hair.
I think dry, or atleast dampen (rinsed through water, then towel so that it is slightly wet but not really). I tried it wet in the shower a few times with no result. Haven't try dry yet but I'm gonna try dry next time because I don't think wet is working for me. Will update once I try

I don't do it completely dry either, I wash my hair once first to get all the gunk out, then use a towel to remove as much water from the hair as I can, but leave it a bit damp, then I apply the shampoo, keep it on for like 5 mins, then wash it off. It definitely doesn't make your color stay permanent but I think it slow down/you can notice the color do stick

I usually don’t. I use warm water to wash it and cool water when I rinse the conditioner

I just had my hair done with some purple put in (not everywhere but she foiled some pieces of my long hair and then put in the purple). She recommended this product as well. I have some gray roots that grow out...will those be bright purple with this shampoo when they are more visible?
Depending on how light/what percentage of gray you have it can stain it. It won't be as vibrant as the bleached pieces but you will see some color shift

Irene the Queen I used the product and it actually worked well. It does fade quickly though so I do it every four washings or so.

You should be good with that order! But you should only need 1 it’s a 10 product
