- Many of you know and love Farmer Harry. You would have known about his homemade wine also. I just couldn't resist going for a bottle straight from the source. The visit was rewarding in so many ways. Sipping coffee in the fresh mountain air, food made from the heart and that special wine really warmed the soul. I'm not mistaken when I state that the pure and pristine surroundings at Mr. Harry's place allow for perfect filming as the quality of the lighting in videos seem extraordinarily crisp and clear!

Another observation - everyone featured in Caura seems to be Gifted with the ability to ARTICULATE well! I even met an Elderly Farmer in the middle of the bush who spoke like a School Principal!
Caura is a special place with special people and has a mind-boggling History!
Briefly, if things had gone according to corrupt plans to build a 300 ACRE DAM, this same Caura featured in this same video would have been completely submerged UNDER WATER today! Some of this CORRUPTION has been recorded in a Book written by 'Sana's Dad entitled "The Ghost of Caura"; go grab a copy, and learn more!
It is therefore fitting to thank The Owners of this UA-cam Channel for documenting folks like Mr. Harry, Authentic and Traditional Trinidadian Cooking Recipes and Techniques, the Flora and Fauna of Trinidad, and sharing the Geographical Landscape of Trinidad in the Format of pleasant TRAVELOGUES.

Hindi Words were mentioned, Amerindian words were mentioned, and a gentleman of East Indian descent was met quite by chance along the way whose nickname was - CHABO. Yes, an East Indian with a Spanish nickname!!! Enough to give you goosebumps! 😉
Well then, as this gentleman of East Indian descent accurately stated, his Nickname - CHABO - is linked to GOATS. Absolutely correct 💯 percent! What's even more intriguing is that the SPANISH WORD for GOAT is "CHAVO", but the pronunciation using the letter "B" instead of the letter "V" (i.e. CHABO instead of CHAVO) is due to the fact that Trinidadians, without necessarily being aware of it, pronounce Spanish Words like VENEZUELANS due to the close proximity of Venezuela to Trinidad as well as the long history of Venezuelans coming to Trinidad even via canoe 🛶.

Hello from Montreal Canada! I really love these videos , I've been following you all and Lynden Baptiste for a while especially the introduction of the late Mr bat may he rest in peace and farmer Harry it bring me back to my days in trinidad 🇹🇹 riding bicycle and walking up caura so I look at the videos to bring back some sweet memories of my teen years in trinidad .I would like to say the next time I visit TnT I want to taste some of that wine from Harry .
