Great video martin👍🏻 my father amd i have been working on a 4D system for a 61cc dle amd we are getting extremely close to finally maidening it. Its been about 3 months in development.
I would love to see you post a video of that maiden. I've seen the big electric Delro Raven 4D on here, but a gasser doing 4D would be so much cooler to see. Good luck on your project 🤘🤘
@@angryaardvark5011 once maidened and being flown with confidence, im going to compile a video showing everything that weve been through with developing this thing, we basically on the 3rd itteration of it and have probably broken 20+ belts tryna do it
little brother walks in... wait that's not how planes fly! Anyway your flying capabilities are thru the roof, and I love watching your videos and knowing what to do next. have a great day!
I wanted to know the same thing but since u didn't get an answer in one year, I guess it's up to us to determine how it's made. And that looks pretty simple. It looks like some scrap piece of carbon sheet with small blocks adhered to the plate where the balls are attached by threaded machine screws. The blocks could be made from nylon or even carbon with maybe a slotted tang and clevis arrangement for extra strength besides the glue. That may require some experimentation to see what material and glue combination is the strongest, because there is going to be a good deal of load on all three of these ball joints. Looks easy enough though. BTW, this throttle arrangement is the same as flying a collective chopper. Zero pitch it at the half way point on the throttle stick. Full down stick is max negative pitch which is used for inverted flight on choppers.
I'm flying multicopters in 3D mode, which is basically the same setup x 4. Also with T-Motors in most them. It's just a little more work to set it up in the flight controller *and* the ESCs, but it is fun 🙃 I've also burned a couple of ESCs because stopping and reversing the motor seems to stress them a lot.
The avion esc's have reverse. (Night timber x & ultimate 3d.) My problem is finding a "flat pitch" propeller. Like a 12x3, 12x2, etc. Easy to get anything in the "4" + pitch, everywhere. The lesser are as rare as hen's teeth. I use reverse throttle a lot flying my 2 above.
Martin Rey Cool setup. Do you a complete Cost on this Upgrade? Or do you sell the whole Kit like upgrade and 3D plane? PS Martin when you do more Tshirt please add a air plane logo on the back using the Same Colors and you will Sell more TShirt because you the Best ! Thanks. Greg

Hola. Probe a montar el combo de T motor 4D al super extra , y no fue capaz de ni siquiera sujetarse en invertido. Esta muy claro que este sistema solo vale para modelos que no lleguen a 200 grs .Asi que por favor no engañen a la gente.

Hi sorry, I wanted to know where can I find the carbon fiber plate you show in the video?
What thrust vectoring kit are you using Martin? Thrust vectoring with that 4D kit sounds like a lot of fun. :-)

El mago que desafía a la física...y la gana!!
Bravo...
Cool video. I love watching 3D drone flying. Seeing a plane doing it is awesome! Got to love Bi-Directional D-Shot!

Hello. I would like to know how much the ready-to-fly 4D model weighs. What servos did you use (weight and metal gears)? Thank you
Nice, it makes sense that they would go this route. Mini quad motors running dshot is pretty foolproof, and resilient!
Exactly
would it not be way easier to use twin motors with thrust vectoring instead of trying to physically tilt the motor with a high gyroscopic load?
Martin: I'm'a use this reversible motor to reduce complexity.
Also Martin: Let's make the motor vectorable!
What plane is this and do you recommend it? Can you give a link to the model and motor you used?
The plane is a 32" crack yak from twisted hobbys/ RCfactory.
Motor is T-motor am40.
ESC is T-motor BPP-4D.
@@robertsandberg7794 thank you sir!

Such flat props would generate almost no thrust though?
Very good Martin!!! I am using with 3D propeller, this t-motor setup!! Amazing!
I can never get my head around 4D flying... Good flying from you though!

Sorry on some grammar. Hope to see the Cost.
Would love to buy this as a kit also

Please tell me where can I get the simulator for 4D plane sir
Thanks always enjoy your videos I've been wanting to try 4-D flight this looks perfect for inexpensive practice 👍🏼👍🏼
A light setup plane is a must for reverse. I use a heli mode switch setup for safety purpose.
Where I can buy this Vectoring system?
Hello. What is the Name of this Plane? Where can i buy it. Or is this a Plan ?
Rc-Factory, Crack Yak Light
Awesome to watch!
4D? So it travels through time!?! Dang...
Ou on peut trouver le support moteur en carbone merci
Where would you put the CG in a laser 73 to get the best aerobatic performance like you?
Do u have link where i can get buy motor Am40 1850kv
Absolutely fantastic!
Attending Jets over Dubai this year?
Really love your videos!! Just got an Edge XL on order now... excited to try out some 3D flying! Cheers for the videos!!
Nice one, you will love it!
What kv motor are you running?
Martin use T-MOTOR AM40 1850KV
Can you imagine that on a real plane🤣🤣🤣

Engañar?! Mira el video, el mio funciona de sobra. Cuanto mas ligero mejor claro, tambien hay que saber entrar para no tener que frenar inercias
