@will12345 No, MTB you need to be fit, Dirt Biking you could just be fat. Don’t say what about e-bikes fat people ride those to say they mountain biked but those are just electric dirt bikes.
@@cool.guy.kai27you would have to be a lot more fit to ride Enduro on a dirtbike I know from experience that muscling around a 280 pound dirtbike is a lot harder than a MTB that you can lift with one hand
Thank you for not choosing the worst mtb videos and the best dirt bike clips but I have two things to say: the balance video for mtb was not right look up Fabio wibmer trials. And also comparing mtb and dirt bike is like comparing car and skateboard. Good video though
i will admit dirt biking looks way cooler you are hundreds of feet in the air but on mtb balanced on that steep of a rocky loose hill takes years even decades to do
If you ever walk down a mountain bike trail you’ll realize how wild they are. I’ve fallen off bikes as a kid the shit hurts. Now imagine your going say 20mph downhill into a wooden ramp or some shit. If you fall your gonna fell that the next day. I’m 24 my back hurts already I legit want just a bmx bike that looks cool and learn to manual. I’d be scooting down sidewalks maybe I’m even down the road but I damn sure ain’t going 40 down a mountain on a bike
I gotta say, in my opinion mountain biking is very fun. But dirt biking is something that also seems fun that I never tried. Can someone tell me what’s it like riding a dirt bike?
in mtb you basically tell the bike what to do, in mx the bike does alot of the talkin. its big, its heavy, and you need to use throttle/brakes/clutch to make the bike do what you want it to do. mx handles gnarly stuff better but bailing is alot more difficult. also its more effort to go out mx riding, bigger/more tools
The way I always explain the feeling of riding a dirtbike to someone is that once you get the hang of riding one, it gives you a sense of freedom and takes everything off your mind for a a few hours
I ride both! I love my mountain bikes, and I love my dirt bike, for different reasons. The first guy who responded is right about the different ride. A MTB is lighter and as a rider, pumping the pedals, I have more control. Heinous climbs are not really a thing because a rider can only get so much momentum, power and traction. Dirt bikes are bigger and heavier and the power is ridiculous. Decent momentum, a good line, and a lot of throttle can get me up some things that are just not really possible most other ways. I've ridden up stuff I couldn't walk up. Haha. Dirt bikes are obviously way faster and getting hurt is more of a concern due to speed. With both, the rush of a great ride is hard to top. They are both a lot of work, depending on the ride. We can obviously cover more distance and more challenges on Dirt bikes. Regardless, they're both a blast and both have their place!
Both require a lot of skill, hours of practice, scrapes, bruises, and most likely a few broken bones thrown in. But having riden and tricked on both, the dirtbike with the gyroscopic effect does make "flicking"/ moving it around in the air, much harder and more muscle is required. That being said, it also has its benefits. Never the less, having a 20-30 pound MTB fall on you might hurt a bit... but having a 200-250 pound DB fall on you is going to really hurt, break bones and potentially be fatal. However it's more fun to ride....ride hard and stay safe my friends
I insist on doing both. They have differences and similarities. Trials via bicycle is another topic since few people can do it. Frankly, Pat Smage is an amazing individual that does pro level moto trials and bicycle trials. The guy has super human bike handling skills that I doubt anyone involved in this postage stamp sized imaging can match.
I fixed it by using my monitors menu. I first put user instead of warm in the colors settings, then i turned the red all the way down, then i put back the warm and it was good.
