I replaced the plugs yesterday, in my wife's 2008 Prius. I just removed the relay box, and had plenty of space to work. But I can see where some people would like the extra space.
Great video! Very thorough explanation of the procedure and it’s great when they tell you all the bolt sizes ! 👍
Thank you, I was just checking to see how hard it was going to be. Awesome video, straight to the point no BS.
Love this channel. I've been able to handle all the maintenance myself instead of forking over $100/hr for labor at the shop.
I finally HAD it after paying $600 to fix a stupid code that popped up after the coolant inverter went bad. I changed the inverter myself, but the code wouldn't disappear. Instead of waiting for me to figure out that I had to disconnect & reconnect the 12volt in the hatchback, my wife took it to Toyota for them to do that for her for $650. I was IRATE, to say the LEAST.
I told her, "Nobody is touching this Prius AGAIN... only me!" Now I fix everything myself for 1/10th of what she was paying mechanics to do and I do it all with the help of this channel.
Can you please provide a link for the power ratchet wrench? Thank you.
Just look up “cordless ratchet” on google any will work.
What kind of drill are you using?
Thanks for the excellent video.
