Technically tivit is not a loop you can propose in this situation as when one player does you will lose an Artifact. Obviously you can draw into things but
Yea technically this is the case, but he can also make it so that every player is one swing away from commander damage. That would take 9 turns. Teferi is ticking up each turn so on the 6th extra turn it would be at 12 and can minus for the next 4 turns. Plus Scott’s 9 draws for turns, that’s at least 13 more cards for Tivit. He only has to get 1 more artifact to deterministically win. The turn he kills the first player he makes 4 artifacts with Tivit instead of 5. He has a mox Diamond in play to sac for time Sieve. In that next extra turn he kills the next player and makes 3 treasures. Plus time sieve in play is 4 total artifacts controlled by Scott. He’s going to take out Loren and Evan before John because 2 of the 4 Teferi bounces hit Johns only cards. If somehow the top 13 cards can’t find him a single artifact, it still leaves John at 18 commander damage and 19 life, with Scott on 13 extra cards, his commander, and John on 2 lands only. Given the power level of the deck (and format), and the fact that no one had anything to stop him, we all felt scooping there was appropriate.

I’m confused about everything in this episode. Playing teferi turn 1 and then nobody swinging at it?
He could generate a large blocker at instant speed with Urza's Saga
Pretty sweet video, good quality... Save for the cringy ripoff of PlayToWin's BEGIN scene... TWICE... 🤦♂
