I also had the same doubt... Maybe a mistake by sir, the value of current I1 we got is -0.2 ampere and I1 is flowing from Va to 100 ohm side. So, the negative sign indicates that actual direction of I1 will be opposite to that we marked. That is, from 100 ohm to Va, +ve x axis direction...

Sir , at 24:53 , the current flowing through 100 ohm resistor is -0.2 A , therefore the current must flow in the right (+ ve x-axis) direction
